All good, Tek Rep. Keven assisted me with my order over the phone after I had placed my order. I had a few last minute questions that he quickly resolved. Got the Headers, installed them, tuned the motor and the 2017 Camaro SS 2 with the 6.2 L. 8 speed auto. Now this car runs way the hell better than the factory stock mode. Oh, at 75 mph, on Cruse control I'm getting 32-33 MPG per gallon. Good investment

I can't stop buying cool stuff for my Charger, and It's becoming a bit of an issue, LOL! I love American Muscle, and I'll keep spending my money here until the money runs out.
I mean it, I'm gonna be eating ramen for the next few months, if I don't stay away from this fantastic site. I found so much more than I was ready to buy, but I was weak, a Weak, weak man,,, But my Charger had to have those accessories. Lol!
I paid extra for expedited shipping and the item arrived a day later than promised. I returned the item because my mechanic had to finish the car and made cut the original bolts on hand to length. But, although I received the refund, I was charged for the return shipping and the original expedited shipping even though the order sat for two days with American Muscle before it was shipped, even though the website listed the item as in stock.

We do show that you paid for the two-day shipping, and in reviewing the tracking, we are not sure why there was a delay in the delivery of the package to you as it left our facility on 3/2, and we do show the next movement shown was on 3/4 and the item was delivered 3/5.
For certain returns, the customers are charged for the return label. If there was an issue with the item, it is deemed damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you in error, then we do not charge for the return label.
Normally, the shipping is not refunded, when it is a customer's choice to return them item, meaning there was no damage to the item during transit. As an exception we issued you a refund for the 2 Day Shipping and that was refunded back to your original payment method.

I have a 2015 Scat Pack Challenger with a hellcat front end. I needed to lower grill and I kept saying that I was selecting the wrong part but the website didn't know I had a hellcat front end. So I ordered the part I thought would fit it showed up in 2 days and fit like a glove. It's nice having a grill that's no longer busted up

We reviewed your orders to see how we could assist you in resolving this issue for you. We located an order for the JLT Services 3 Cold Air Intake with Red Oiled Filter that was ordered in June 2025. We show that you initiated a return using the customer portal and shared that the item was missing a few pieces and you had requested a return for a refund. We show the return was set up and a return tag was emailed to you to do the return. The RMA expired due to no movement on the return label. The return will be cancelled if the damaged item is not returned within a month.
