I ordered an open-box blower motor for my 2011 Mustang. I understand what that means, but I would think the shipping department would also understand that they need to do a good job packing the part for delivery. Sadly whoever packed the motor put it in box that was too small for the part and it arrived poking through the box and broken. Okay, I get store credit, but I will think twice before ordering something that needs careful packing.

Received a defective part. Called to return it and was offered a compromise. The part is defective and cannot be used. They agreed to issue an RMA. FedEx picked up the package on 8/10. They stated that I will receive a confirmation of the refund once FedEx accepts the package. I did not. I called and the poorly trained representative said he, "can't make any promises." The poorly trained representative placed me on hold for what appears to be purposeful. Extremely poor service. Extremely poor quality. Extremely bad experience.
