I placed a large order including FORD FRICTION MODIFIER, listed at $109.99 (thinking the showing price was a typo because even in the video Stephanie says at 11 bucks & even shows in the transcript, & that would be corrected before billed, I was WRONG). I contacted customer service, who assured me that I was wrong, that was the correct price, even after I sent them screenshots & links showing THEIR OWN video stating the price, as well as other sites selling for $8~$14 only to be told they DON'T/WON'T price match (I didn't ask for a price match, just their own corrected price as per their video: $11)...so I now have to repackage the 2 ordered bottles into a small enough box to return for a full refund, opposed to simply allowing me to keep the 2 & refunding the difference...I ended up ordering from competitor for $9 & paid extra $5 for EXPRESS shipping...
I followed your instructions on your website to get a wheel locks. Your website says I could use a post office box. I gave a post office box number. My order went through. Then couple hours later I get a phone call and text saying they cannot deliver to a P O box. You need to fix your website. You wasted my time. Hopefully not my money

I was looking for a radiator for my 1996 mustang gt. Put the info in correctly and was recommended the wrong radiator. It was for a 5.0 or a v6 mustang. Now I have to order a new reservoir for my car as well.

I felt that the selection offered by AmericanMuscle was better than some of the other aftermarket websites. I love that there is an installation video for each product, and photos submitted by actual purchasers of the product. I am very happy with the chrome shifter knob that I purchased, but it does get extremely warm inside the car on a hot day.
