Amazing and very easy to install added horsepower!

I figured I'd give it a shot since it was only $13, but the installation was a nightmare and once they were on, they just looked cheap. Ended up just tearing them off

Took a bit to get the prongs in behind the light. My previous ones I bought had problems with getting water into them only driver side, and I did not get them from this website. Totally worth it with no problems with water getting into them, tight fit, and the seal aligning perfectly with my fender

I ordered an open box chin spoiler for my mustang hoping to save some money and get a nice part. What I received was a chin spoiler that was literally broken in half. The spoiler was shipped inside of a box with little to no packaging protection in it and the box itself was very obviously and visibly damaged with one end being crushed and a foot long hole in the corner. That box was shipped inside of another larger box with no real damage to it however. My suspicion is the item was returned broken, then AM decided to sell it as open box without actually checking the contents of it. The only redeeming quality of this however is they are accepting a return (which I plan to ship out tonight) of the item however it is store credit only. I knew they only accepted store credit on open box returns but why does this extend to items that were received broken? Is it just a way to guarantee you make SOME money off the broken item? Overall I will likely purchase from them again as they had decent customer service but as this was my first relatively large purchase if it happens again I will likely think twice before buying from them and I more than likely won't purchase open box either.

Great experience and great quality product to match customer vehicle

With the exception of the cart feature acting a little buggy at times (adding items to you cart by viewing them sometimes, and others not allowing you to add items to your cart) I thoroughly enjoy browsing and buying from American Muscle.

Very fast and efficient shipping of products. The products were as expected with a few defects but that can be a factor when shopping online for car accessories.

So, I was really excited to order parts and start working on my Mustang. The website is easy to use. Good description and videos of most products. I ordered my parts, and they were coming in earlier than expected which was great. But then my suspension package showed up and was missing parts and it showed by both the Fed ex shipping and the packing slip that the main components did not get shipped to me. Contacted customer service and that was a decent experience, nothing bad. Only thing is I don't understand the response. It was very clear I did not recieve the Rear Shocks and front Strut towers and the only thing I can do is send it back. They could not send me them even knowing
I DIDNT receive them because they never shipped them. I checked the website and it still showed in stock on the product, but again I don't quite understand their thinking. Thats why 3 stars instead of 5.

Googled Mustang spare tire kit and found your ad for the above item. Called American Muscle and was told that the item was not available for older (2015) Mustangs. I then googled the item again and found your ad again, and placed an order over the internet. The item was received shortly thereafter. The shipping box had come apart, but there was no damage to the contents. The item was as described, and was exactly what I needed. Except for the not very helpful instructions contained in the kit, I am well pleased with the product. Thank you.
