Ordering is easy. Shipping was fast. But came with a broken oil fill valve. The one side was broken down to the threads and the other was crushed down. Packing could have been better as It only had a thin piece of cardboard around it. Shipping company's don't seem to care either. Part packing and shipping to blame. Was glad I was able to use a tool to back out the remaining threads and have to go by new fill valves any way. Part of the oil fill broken off was not even found in box it came in. Come on you can do better.

I had paid extra for the product to arrive Sunday, it didn't arrive until Thursday, I did have to ask to receive a refund for the extra that I paid to have the product arrive sooner, I did receive my refund.

I placed an order after taxes and shipping was over 1600 dollars, this month AM had a deal spend over 1400 dollars receive $100 coupon. I thought for sure I spent enough to warrant the coupon. I didn't know that it had to be before taxes and shipping. I missed it by around 20 dollars. If I new this rule I would have added something to my order. What stinks is I waited for a good deal like this to make my purchase. I checked to see if there was fine writing but I didn't see any.
Very satisfied with the service and product. Will feel confident in ordering again in the future.
