J'ai envoyé des mails de réclamation au service Clients AMAZON, je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse, J'ai fait parvenir une mise en demeure par pli recommandé avec A.R. Le 29 juin 2023 au siège d'AMAZON, là non plus je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse. J'ai fait appel à un conciliateur de Justice, mais le remboursement proposé par AMAZON ne couvrait même pas la totalité des sommes que j'ai déboursées pour défendre mes droits; j'ai refusé la transaction. Depuis je suis en procès avec AMAZON!
I used to use amazon all the time but started to notice a few things that really got me questioning why so many, including myself at one point, spend thousands of dollars a year on amazon. The first thing that gave me pause was that the first 5 or 6 times I tried to leave a negative review for certain products, they denied the review. I'm not sure why amazon can actually do this, I mean if you cant be honest about how you feel about a product how am I as a consumer supposed to get an accurate product description? I'm not one of those people that only leave bad reviews, so this didn't makes no sense to me. The other thing is that I ordered a $300 or $299.45 to be exact, machine from them. I was looking forward to getting this machine, but the day it was supposed to arrive about an hour after the estimated delivery time I got a notice saying package was damaged in route. So that's fine, I tried to contact the original seller and they stated they would not be able to send a new one that they would be refunding the payment back to me. So fast forward a week or so and they refunded me 289.98. That's almost ten dollars less than I paid for the product, so I contact them and they state that promotional credits are non-refundable. So you are telling me that I have to pay ten dollars for a product that I never received because you guys couldn't fulfill the order? How does that make any sense? I wasn't returning the order, they could not deliver it! Ten dollars isn't a lot of money but think about how many people this happens to every year, they make millions off of doing this to people. In my opinion Amazon is scamming people out of money and half of them probably never even notice because who thinks a company that big would need to do that to people. Needless to say I never got the machine and I was told they couldn't give me back the ten dollars. Lesson learned and I will never use them again.

Being 60yrs old and not technical I bought ear buds costing almost £200? When they were delivered my partner needed a one time pass code she didn't know what it was I didn't k ow what it was? So the delivery went back now absolutely fuming contacted Amazon and told them. Should have received an email with passcode? Nothing said on purchase only want to buy something have it delivered job done amazon rep said OK you can use the last 6 digits of your contact number next day ear buds came again pass code wrong? Now fuming what is wrong with the world and getting hold of amazon support was a chore. Now it take 3 days to return 5-7 days money return What a rip off AMAZON what a load of time wasters shocking all round and customer support yet quick enough to take money off you
I am very pleased with the product, it meets all my expectations, and I didn't expect the shipment to arrive so early. The packing is great and the product quality is higher than expected. Thank you, Amazon you are amazing and your products are beautiful. I will recommend it to my friends.

I've been a pine member for several years now. I've attempted to correct this situation numerous times without success…I live in a condo complex with multiple buildings. Our driver doesn't even attempt to contact us for delivery of our items. Instead they deliver to the club house. This is incredibly inconvenient because we can only pick up packages during certain times. I work from home so there is no excuse as to why our driver is not delivering to me. Today really pushed me over the edge. The driver delivered multiple packages to the club house at 7:10 am. Tge club house doesn't open till 11am. Those packages are out in the freezing cold unattended for 4 hours! UNACCEPTABLE! Hopefully someone of authority sees this review and sees the picture sent by the driver to confirm this rediculous behavior! I'm pretty sure this is not the expectation of how packages are to be delivered. If I lived in a house the driver would be expected to ring the door bell at each residence. I'm not understanding why the expectation is different here…please notify me if my expectation is incorrect or misinformed.

I bought an agitator assembly, container bottom, and sealing ring for an extra Oster blender jar that came with a new blender. The order shipped fairly quickly, but when it arrived, there was no sealing ring. I contacted customer service, and they submitted a refund without offering to send the missing part. I requested a refund for the whole lot and was told I'd have to pay the shipping cost which was over $6. I will use Amazon next time!
I have a LOVE-HATE relationship with Amazon. How can I not love ordering items from home & having them delivered the next day or two fir free right? Agree! What I hate is that over the past 5 years I have had fraud on 3 different credit cards (about 1.5 ish years apart) & they were only used on Amazon & the fraud on the cards have been from Amazon & China. It's frustrating as heck. So what? Some employee has committed fraud? Or they aren't securing customer card numbers? Something is wrong and it's on them because none of my cards have been used elsewhere so I warn you... BEWARE!
I was a prime member for 18 years. The last 2 years were just aweful. Every time my order comes on the weekend, the driver picks up my order in the morning, travels the whole day and returns my order back to the facility at 10 pm. I am done with them. Here, in NC it's a joke. I just ended with them.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
