Due to my personal experience, amazon is not a trustable company. Few month ago i purchased a Gazebo that costed me almost $2,500. Erommy sent me the product and it was damaged i contacted amazon for the A to Z guaranty, (sent them pictures of how the boxes were beat up). Erommy said that it was going to be to expensive for them to send me a new one and pick up the damaged gazebo, amazon did not do anything to help me out, they don't care about the consumers, they just care about about money. Erommy should not be in business, they have so many complaints about sending damaged products. I did not check Erommy reviews before, because i trusted Amazon. Amazon should stand up for their customers.

Seriously, their service is going downhill. Every other order gets "delayed" which really means "lost". Customer service is outsourced and they are idiots who can only read a script. Order was received at the processing center st 4:32 am, not put on delivery truck until 4:52pm. Did not arrive, what a shock. Now they give me their delayed excuse I might get it by the 20th. Over this. Get your act together. Hire American customer service reps!

Stolen Money and Merchandise

Well on 1/14/23 I order a package the carrier delivered to the wrong door. And sent me the picture. I contacted Amazon sent them picture of my door and the wrong door where carrier took it. Now Amazon will NOT REFUND MY money. They said on their map it shows the driver in the area. But it doesn't show if they deliver it or not. Just in the area. And they don't go by pictures. So I lost money and merchandise. Here is a picture of my door with my address above it and the picture where the carrier put the merchandise but they don't go buy pictures why take them then. Really look at the doors all they can say the driver in the area so they can't give me no refund. Yes they delivered but not at MY DOOR. Look at the bang up door where they left the package that's not my door.

I seriously can't believe I am writing this review. USUALLY, I don't have a problem with amazon, however their idiot delivery person stopped (maybe) and dropped the package over the fence in my front yard. This so stupid and lazy that if amazon hired this person, then they are not going to care about how the package was delivered. Q: Can a package actually be smarter than the delivery person? A: Yes, if they work for amazon. LOL.

Amazon sucks!

I purchased an item that unopened was sent back. The purchase was over $500, after one week I contacted Amazon to ask where's my money just to find out that it going to take up to 30 days to return my money. Amazon sucks!

Not worth it all

I recently was given a 30 day free trial of amazon prime. Now all i can say is they better hope they turn into a cable company for tv. Prime is worthless except for it tv stuff and free shipping but if you dont spend $150 in shipping a year or more your wasting your money. Which I buy atleast 50 or alot more items online a year and its not worth it just look somewhere else for free shipping or use their shipping pick up places. So far in the free trial period I've order a dozen products. One came aerly, one came ontime and the others were late. Now the three biggest things that will drive an online shopper nuts are ther biggest problems. One they dont have tracking like they say they do it gives you no real tracking info and thats on purpose because it falls in to number two problem. Second problem is they change delivery times at any point and almost everytime. So the delivery time and DATE change almost everytime so dont trust it. They give no warning no reason just completely blow you off and falls in line with there third problem cause they are like all big companies they dont care bout you just wanna steal your money if they cant earn it. Third issue their customer service avoids you like the an illness its very hard to even rport anything. Like a cheap chinese scam company they have no email address. Wait a minute wasnt that a rule of thumb once ago that if a company had no email they were a scam and you shouldnt do business with them. But thats all big business now they have so many customers and advertising and this generation of young people are dumb and are willing to let people steal from them and do nothing bout it. Just like they let tik tok steal all there info and sell it and let the u.s. goverment take away there free speech and other rights. And amazon knows all this so they will avoid you and try to keep you money and give no or little service so dont waste you money pay the shipping or drive to your local UDF gas station and pick it up for free.

AMAZON Customer service resp lie and there's no one willing to help. 2 incidents in one month. 1st lie. Bought a producton on sale product arrived defective. Contact customer service for exchange. AMAZON rep told me, I can return the product and repurchase at the increased price will give me AMAZON store credit for the difference in price. Followed AMAZON rep instructions call back after I received the replacement item because it arrived open. 2nd AMAZON rep told me no credit will be given. We don't give price adjustment and even if a rep gave me incorrect information there is nothing can be done. 2nd incident. Bought workout supplement from AMAZON. Product arrived with a fowl smell (side note use this product many times before so I'm well aware of the product smell.) AMAZON rep said send pictures of product will refund your money. Sent pictures, then called. Was advised no physical damage can not refund money. Contact the manufacturer. Learn from my mistake, do not shop with Amazon. Shop with Walmart or your local business, you will have a lot better experience.

3rd party sellers

Beware that Amazon will NOT support you for a return to a 3rd party seller. Defective items have to be approved for return by the 3rd SELLER. I was asked to PAY return shipping for a $700 defective a/c unit.
Days of Amazon doing good for its members are getting worse by the influx of JOE BLOW selling merchandise. Amazon does monitor these sellers and will remove them after x-amount of problems.
Just be VERY CAREFUL with ALL sellers, read the reviews and carefully make your purchase.

They stole 200$ from me

I bought a 200$ item that I never got. I realized I didn't get it after 30 days and Amazon won't do anything for me. Thank you for not following up on your deliveries and putting the burden on your clients. I now have a very good reason to buy local and never ever buy from Amazon

Delivery sucks

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to deliver package to someone. Put the package by the front door UNDER the portico. NOT sticking out where it can get SOAKED if it rains. Clearly, their delivery people either don't care, or they just aren't smart enough to do it properly!

NOT HELPFUL TO ELDERS

Be sure to always have your sons and daughters have access to your email account. In the event your tablet crashes and you try to retrieve your 50 books you've purchased over the years on Kindle. Because my husband had a stroke, half paralyzed now in a Nursing Home for 4 years. Recently, his Fire crashed and we tried to retrieve everything, we DO have the phone number he used and THAT was accepted, but the supervisors said if he can't remember the email he used, too bad. No books saved will come back. Even with photo ID and POA they won't retrieve his account. All these years, all the money we've spent on books, music, Echo Dots through Amazon. It's a shame they can't show my husband this mercy. He can barely remember things anymore. I visit him and all he has is his books and TV. But they won't give him his account back. Very Dissappointed.

That have "changed" their payment processing to where they pre auth. The transaction then you better hope they don't ship it the same day cause they'll tax your bank account AGAIN and then refuse to remove the pre auth.

Going downhill fast

I've been an Amazon Prime member for a very long time. It used to be fantastic but they're getting too big and customer satisfaction is going down. You have to pay extra for many Prime video selections and Prime shipping is no longer quick and painless. Shipments are constantly delayed and if there's a problem with a payment, they don't let you know until days later which if you're expecting something by a certain date you're stuck.
The cost of membership keeps going up and the quality of service keeps going down.
I'm not going to renew my membership this year.

Scammers, robbed my return iPad, Royal Mail confirmed they have received it, they deny receiving it and now I have no iPad and no refund by Amazon.

Do not buy from them at all as they steal your returns and do not refund you and make excuses until you give up.

I'm not giving up on £280! Scammers

They passed the buck for lack of care about the customer because their are millions more where that one came from.

Im no attorney, just a simple guy trying to buy his girlfriend a Christmas present, so any legal jargon may as well be in a foreign language. But how the above review policy reads to me is like this...

I cant focus on the features of the product because I NEVER received it! Cant rate the shipping process because I NEVER RECEIVED IT! Cant complain about the seller because the link I was provided is broken! And i cant write repeated angry reviews. And how is it that the customer cant give a review of Amazon but they show an approval rating on several websites of a 4.8/5.0. Who gave those reviews? AMAZON? I'm so tired of these big corporations getting away with the things they do. All because they have all the money they took from the working class without providing good service.

Amazon has stole money from me - Everyone I talk to say I need to take the loss because a package delivered to me was stolen in the mailing of it - The representatives that I have spoken to on the phone have broken English, act like they are all that when they are probably crammed up in a cubicle in Philippines or something so Amazon does not have to hire many English speaking reps.

I have no problem but sometimes I would like to address my concerns with English Reps. I know many companies that hire outsource and in the long run have to pay overtime for mistakes they have made because of training and fully understanding situations.

I received a box with some teddy bears for Christmas and spoke to a representive and explained I got one of the boxes out of what I ordered they were not there and the seal was broken she sent me a return label to send the one back that I did receive and they would refund them all -

I am extremely upset how this is handled they only refunded the (1) pack I received which I sent back so owing me more almost $100... so they are stealing money ----- They have got so big probably stealing and scheming that they don't care about customers and what we spend our hard earned money on.

I know my review is going to be a peon to what you may purchase on Amazon but beware they do steal money from customers, make you pay for items lost, -- It says in the policy which we signed up for to get screwed by Amazon and the customer service dept.

The supervisors are probably not even caring as long as the check clears --- They need to really do better, bring the jobs back to the USA. We all need work here too, and when did this company get so big that they treat us like $#*! to make a buck...

30 days?

I return item via UPS back to Amazon, only to get told I have to wait 2 weeks for them to receive it and issue refund. 2 weeks later, I call, give them tracking number, they say they have received it but am told to wait 2 more weeks for refund...or 30 days total. When I call back, I am told it has been over 30 days, there is nothing they can do to give refund. Really sorry of Amazon.

I have been with Amazon for year's and really liked the service. But the last year or two they have going up in price and now limit your music unless you pay more plus really no good free movies they want you to pay more. The service has gone down to junk and your paying more money for the poor service.

Don't buy from Amazon fresh. They don't deliver in closed boxes or packs and would be loosely delivered. And half of the time missing some items or another and you will definitely loose you peace of mind following up with the customer support. Things are not delivered by qualified persons, they don't know to read the address and would be delivered through Auto. Better ignore Amazon Fresh.

Walmart is Winning and Prime is cancelled
January 8, 2023

I haven't been able to receive 2-3 day free Prime shipping for about 3 months. I've now waited 8 days for a new mac charger. Cancelled the order and will be cancelling my Prime membership, Walmart+ actually delivers when they say they will. Btw it is the day after delivery expected delayed date.
