NEVER The Correct Door

I want my packages delivered to the covered porch. Not the patio where my packages can get stolen. The covered porch is the only covered porch there is. It's so obvious but most the drivers don't listen. I need to be heard and I feel like I can't be heard. COVERED PORCH! They NEVER pay attention to my delivery instructions. I have to be out there when my package arrives or it gets dropped off at the wrong door. One of my business packages was almost stolen. Amazon needs to pay closer attention to DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS! Customers fill out delivery instructions for a reason. PAY ATTENTION!

Going downhill!

I've used Amazon over the years like anyone else. They used to deliver quickly and without incident. Now it's 5-7 day delivery and thrown in boxed items without any protection paper or foam. My recent order was out of its original packaging and leaked everywhere. When I complained it was like "too bad" no refund. At their current level of customer relations, they couldn't sell me books. In my opinion the company is heading in the wrong direction and out of business.

I got an Amazon.com gift card for $100. I went to redeem it on their site and I ordered a handful of items. Mostly baby stuff I seen on tiktok that I've been wanting to try. On my last purchase made with the gift card I got a message immediately after saying I needed to verify my payment. They asked me to send a copy of the receipt and a image of the gift card. I sent a picture of the back of the gift card stating that I did not have the receipt because it was a "gift." Immediately after submitting my response they text me that my Amazon account was closed. So they basically jacked me for my 100 dollar gift card. So they basically stole my Amazon gift card. And I got nothing in return.

First off why pay for something you don't get? Free 2 day shipping, it's never been 2 day shipping or is it free and the Amazon video movies you have to rent why pay a monthly fee and still have to rent movies? False advertising, they suck and lie just about like everything else anymore

Terrible customer service

I had an issue with an item that I purchased from Amazon. After returning it I was informed I wouldn't get my refund for 30 days. That's now passed and I have yet to receive my refund. It's over $400 so definitely not chump change. I spoke with numerous representatives over a few weeks and was lied to by each one. I'm officially done giving Amazon another penny and am looking into other ways to let others know how this terrible company treats their consumers. Don't waste your money with these snakes.

Dissatisfied

I purchased a product and I was sent a different formulation instead. When I tried to contact Amazon about it, the system only allowed for the option of a "refund upon return". I was seeking a replacement and did not want the inconvenience to have to go to another location to return this item if I was not the one that made the error. The seller did not allow for a way to receive the item I ordered and send me some sort of packaging that I could just leave outside in my mailbox to return it.

My PC from Amazon is an incredible piece of equipment. It's fast, powerful, and it looks great. The set up was simple and easy to follow, and I had no problems getting it up and running in no time. The performance has been great – even when I'm running multiple applications at once, the machine never slows down. Additionally, the customer service staff has always been incredibly helpful whenever I have had any questions or issues. All in all, my PC from Amazon has been an excellent purchase!

Ordered gaming system for my Grandson, never came.Amazon asked for a police report, got that and they issued a gift card credit. Went online ordered again and Amazon closed the account. We have parcel pending for packages but driver left everything on the ground and now Amazon won't send package back out. They really need to get on to their drivers. I'm so dissatisfied with Amazon right now. Nobody has money to just give them. This was how packages were left in mailroom, not put in parcel pending like it was supposed to be. What they need to do is ask driver why he/she didn't put packages where they were supposed to be. PISSED SHOPPER

Turbotaxes old fashioned distribution and installation makes you angry before you are even able to use the product. Spent over 20 years in IT application development and it still took almost three hours to install product (TurbotTax Delux). What I noticed was that that the way it loads and repeatibly updates is a very inefficient method for software distribution and installation. Lots of non-value added actions required during process probably because they never really optimize their software, just keep adding more and more stringy, slow, code to patch their system.

Damaged Product!
Product delivered wasn't what was ordered! Ordered an Oxo Strainer, received something else in place. Strainer was also squashed and unusable. Returning for an exchange just not worth the hassle. Kissed my $ goodbye and strainer now in bin. Customer service is absolutely the worst! Non existent! And they even had the gall to not allow my review!

Customer service call with Ever, February 15th at 8:50 am EST.

I ordered a phone case; it did not come after a week and Amazon told me to ask for refund or replacement. I selected replacement, and then two showed up at my home. They sent a terse email asking for the return, which was fine, but then told me I had to drive 20 minutes to a Whole Foods to do that. I spent a half hour with 3 different associates asking for a better resolution - apparently it can't go back to UPS or the post office, nor can it be picked up by one of the twenty vans in my neighborhood every day. They refused to let me keep it for no charge (I didn't want it, but I spend thousands of dollars with them every year and so it was the least they could do). Horrible, horrible service - and this should be improved upon.

Amazon flat out stated that the pre-order was out and would not let me order whereas both BestBuy and GameStop both took my money. Then after taking said money, they both respectively sent emails stating that the pre-orders were cancelled, and my refunds would be added back to my account in 3-5 business days.
