This company is a hug scam, you don't get what you ordered! Their return policy is non-existent. Customer service? None you never talk to anybody just "chat" online and they will always tell you to send an email to the company if you have a complaint but if you are buying they are willing to take your credit card info online... no problem.
They got me for $200 dress that has the cheapest material on earth, poorly made and even better the size isn't even close to what I ordered. BEWARE

I have been dealing with many companies and Amazon is perfect! Each time I have ordered from them, the results were as expected or even better in some cases. They get the right people for the right thing and their system works. Quite often, they will give a delivery date which in most scenarios, is earlier than expected. That is fine with me! The sooner, the better!

I found a beautiful dress so I thought on amazonprom for my sons wedding. Waited 6 weeks for it, to finally receive an ugly dress not even close to the color or size I ordered. The dress looks cheap and not made well. I will never waste my money again on that web site. Dont order through them, you too will be disappointed.
I have Amazon prime and I buy a lot of stuff here. From one of a kind items to my everyday things like cleanser and coffee. Without a doubt, the best online service. When there's a problem, there's no problem. They make it right fast. They back up what they sell. Exchanges, returns are no problem. Even free video rentals for prime members. Love this site!

I shop Amazon for most everything. I have Amazon Prime so I get free two day shipping and it is easy to return what I don't want or need. Just print a return label and take it to UPS! I don't have a lot of time for running up and down the road looking for things or comparing prices in the shops.
Plenty of choice BUT if you have a PO Box and no mail service at your physical address... woe unto you! No way to put both PO Box & physical address. No way to know if item will be shipped via UPS or USPS OR... SURE POST in that case, the package ends up at your PO Office but since your PO Box can't be included, the post office charges you a second time to deliver package to your PO Box. It is all extremely confusing and Amazon doesn't give a squat about it. Amazon, you ruined my family's Christmas because all of our gifts got sent back. Amazon is the biggest Scrooge.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
