I personally love Amazon.com. Customer Service acts very fast and is very responsive to contact. Shopping is very easy and the site has endless selections. I love the perks of Amazon Prime. Well worth the money. Instead of shopping out of the home, I do it on my phone.

I have noticed that products are usually an bit costlier than other online shopping websites. But I understand that is the price we pay from buying from a website associated with a name as big and global as amazon. Also, they are struggling with their courier services as evident from stopped delivery of high priced goods in UP (as far as I know). My advice, just use DHL.
Apart from that its really cool how much reading material is available for purchase on this site. Sometimes you find rare books and editions too. Keep it up Amazon.

They get my orders right, they arrive undamaged and in a timely manner and I get the option to cancel my item if need be. I order things from cell phone accessories to furniture. Two Thumbs Up! March 16,2015 I ordered on Amazon a Lew's TS1SHMG Tournament MG Speed Spool from Sportsman's Outfitters that had a list price of $191.80 for $99.99. However after viewing Lew's.com web site, I found out that this reel had only a $139.99 mfg list price. Apparently Sportsman's Outfitters misinformed the list price so they could entice the sale of their reel for $99.99. This is false advertising and something Amazon should not tolerate. I give Sportsman's Outfitters a 0 Star rating.

I bought a Coffee machine from this site. I used to be very satisfied with amazon but this time the machine is not so good as I expected. The plastic smell is very strong and can't be totally clear up after boiling. I no that is due to the shop in amazon bu I think amazon have the duty to pick the retailers for the enhancement of the whole site quality level.
Ordered several products and received a tracking # (which didnt show anything except that i made a purchase). After 1 month of waiting i contacted the company through email. They responded very quickly which was great. They told me that "the order has no scans since the shipment was created" and that they would refund my money.
I am very disappointed because ive been waiting for this stuff and they didn't even ship it. What makes it worse is that i live in Canada. I had to pay american exchange rate. My refund is not the amount i paid since the dollar is down.
What a piss off. I would never shop at this company again nor would i recommend it.

Amazon used to be quick and orders came within 7 days tops. NOW I am waiting weeks even tho I am on prime. Seems like the free shipping is costing me shipping time. I'd rather just go directly to the store web itself, like vitacost, and shop. Shipping is then within a week. T

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
