I order from Amazon.com on a regular basis. They have a vast array of products. Their customer service is among the best I've experienced anywhere. They shop on time and accept returns within 30 days. If the product you get is not as it was described on the site or has a flaw, they accept the return and pay the return postage for you. I love their wish lists and prefer to keep my private. I have about 6 wish lists. It helps me to remind me what products I want to include in future orders.
Although sometimes the delivery times defer from the initially indicated the service is very good, they keep you informed and have competitive prices
I had two separate orders of chocolate products from Amazon and i was very satisfied with the products which originally came out of ENGLAND.

They do have lot of lot of varieties and collection but the downside is points. Today, most of the seller offer points that can be used in future purchase for discount but amazon never does that.

I order from Amazon all the time. I've been a customer for years and I absolutly love them. I've only has an issue one or two times and it was taken care of promptly and professionally. I always check the product reviews and price on multiple sites and Amazon gets my order.
Definitely worth the annual fee for free 2-day shipping, but adding that to the Amazon Prime TV makes it an ever better value for the money. Over the years, I've placed several orders and only one time did I have a problem (wrong item was sent). The return process was incredibly easy.
Ive got some good stuff here, although i think the shipping is over the TOP! Still, i would recommend shopping here...
I have ordered a lot of merchandise from Amazon, in pretty much any category you can imagine. I ordered about 20 holiday gifts from them, from telescopes to girls' vanity tables. I am always pleased with my purchases and sometimes amazed by the good deals. But always examine everything offered -- some deals are better than others.

Great to order items and if you ever have an issue- say you need another size, etc The CS here is very good at meditation between you and seller/buyer. I've never had a problem with them that couldn't be resolved. (usually by the great people who work and sell:)
Prime members get a special treat because it means faster shipping and HUGE discounts on items for a yearly price. So... check that out as well. Very good

It is a great place to shop but you do need to read the reviews and make up your mind. It is the same if you are buying on Ebay you need to read the descriptions. Read reviews for several products you are looking at before choosing the one to buy. I usually check several sites and than choose were to buy it. Amazon has been a good place for me to buy.

OOOOOH and I love all the filter options to really help narrow down my search! That's super appreciated! True, some items are Buyer Beware, but that's the same thing from anywhere you go, especially online so I have no problem w that. :o) Besides, the challenge is kinda fun! :o) Amazon is literally the overall best site for most any need that may arise, and w such competitive prices and the ability to price compare I know I'll get what I am seeking at the best possible price. Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
