Amazon is scam company. I have placed the order for offer price and the waiting for delivery for next 10 days after 15 days the order got cancelled and when I reached to customer support they asked to reorder and they would pay difference amount, i agreed and placed order though it showed it would deliver by 13 April it got delivered on 3 April and i paid via phone pay and reached out again stating i have received the product and agent asked for photo with tracking and asked to wait till 13 April so they can update and issue refund for difference amount.
On 10 i received message stating the order is cancelled by merchant i reached more then 50 times emailed them and everyone just repeate it's cancelled after i have provided all screenshots of the photo tracking and also OTP i received to receive product on Amazon notification but still no resolution is anyone from Amazon can look into it
If it's not taken care i have to take legal help to prevent such scam from happening.
After being double charged for an order I expected calling customer services to be a helpful experience. Tus and Hefa have to be the most rude and unhelpful customer service advisors I've ever spoken to. Particularly Hefa who seemed to take me trying to explain that I had been double charged as a personal attack. Claiming that I'm calling him a liar and I do not trust him? Woah. For such a successful multinational company Amazon, you need to invest in customer service.
After speaking to my bank I come to understand that this is a common theme with Amazon. They "accidentally" take the amount from your account twice and then when you speak with customer service they act like it's something that could never happen.
I was supposed to be issued 3 refunds and it was a huge hassle getting 2 back. The third they put the whole refund on a gift card when only part of the order was paid for with a gift card. Part of it should of been put back on my Amazon card. Also learned if you use your reward points and return something you lose your points. Not happy.
Amazon prime is not the same, packages are always late and they only send you an email with an apology, sorry your package will be late as if we did not have customers also waiting for the product cancel my prime membership
A delivery came today to drop on a package and stole one of our kittens. The kitten is only 7 weeks old and still needs to be cared for by his mother. We were only gone for a quick half hour errand and the only one that was on our property while we were gone was the Amazon driver. The kittens are outdoor/indoor cats they are cared for by both their mother and father when we are away. The parents corral the cats in a small area to keep them safe. The neighbors are not cat people so I know they would not take the kitten. The only one that could have took the kitten is the Amazon driver. I called Amazon both my husband and I and they will investigate in 24-48 hours okay well by then the kitten will be gone for sure. Amazon I was supposed to start working for your company on Monday that was the deliver the shoes for the job, this just leads me to believe you have a really heartless and $#*!ty company. How could I work for someone as horrible and heartless as you.
Amazon is getting very sloppy now. It's happening more often I'm not getting my packages within 2 days. Customer service lies and males promises they can't even honor. They have fired thousand of employees maybe this is part of the problem. Will start using them less. Very disappointed
As a member of both prime and prime music I will not be renewing either. I am tired of delivery delays and getting slapped in the face with 5 dollar credit. When a shipment leaves Jamaica NY at 434 how does sit get delayed going to a facility a half hour away? Because you like screwing your customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Is that a transgender message- what is the take away supposed to be, who is Amazon appealing to with the bizarre "mustache person" with the focus on that and the gapped teeth, and the classmates being enamored by this ambiguous individual rocking whatever the style is, is just too out there. So is Amazon pandering to the 2% now also? I can tell you this alienates a larger demographic than that, and in the wake of the Anheuser Busch woke/broke pandemonium I would think Amazon would be a little more sensitive to their actual customer base. Inevitably if they keep that up their results will be the same. Seems like more indoctrination tactics. If it's not trans it's trying to at least normalize ambiguous gender markers. Our kids are being led down the wrong path. Enough is so enough and the"tache" is too much. Would normally be 5 star review.

After place a really high value order using my long time card and address, I found some cheaper place, so I decide to cancel the order. Then, Amazon log me out and lock my account AFTER I CLICK CANCEL ORDER. They try to force sell? NO online customer service available, phone service also tell me to wait 24hrs, ridiculous.
Tried to use a visa giftcard. Amazon says they did not use it because it wasn't enough money on it. Vanilla gift card company says they did. I have amazon all the information. I think their seller got the.money and Amazon automatically charged my credit card without even notifying me. So I got charged twice
I placed 4 orders containing 12 items in total spanning two weeks time. Only two items ever arrived. All were sent by Amazon fulfilment. All got misplaced during shipping and never had any updates on their shipping journey. Some is really messed up in their process and I am left frustrated trying to track all the refunds. Not wanting to order anything more as it is just a headache.
My package with 3 items was delivered to the wrong address, so I never got it. I paid nearly $54 for it, and the tracking says it was delivered to my address, but the picture the delivery person took of the package on a porch was not even mine. Also as I had to explain to multiple customer service reps. If they just looked at my past orders and compared the pictures, they could tell it wasn't the same address I asked it to be delivered to. They all hung up on me both on the chat and on the phone. No help. No replacement. No refund. Not happy and out of the money and items I should have received.
I have purchased from Amazon for years and have always been pleased with the service. I find the prices to be very reasonable, as well. There are many things on Amazon that I would not be able to buy elsewhere. I love shopping online, because it is so convenient and you can get exactly what you want at a moments notice!
I have noticed that Amazon is either late on deliveries (estimated delivery running late) or you don't get the package that I have to get a refund. This has happened to me several times and it gets frustrating. Now here is another package I am waiting for that is late again. They lie and say they are in transit to me and the package has been in the same city and state where I live for almost a day. That package is in Willingboro and I live in Willingboro and now estimated date is next Tuesday. Today is Thursday. Amazon delivering items is getting worse. Below pictures are just a couple of items that are running late. I have gotten refunds because items never was delivered.

Customer service is pathetic, recently I ordered a product worth of 3200 INR from my husband's account as he holds prime membership, we never received call from the courier and it was delivered to some unknown person who is not answering our call. Customer care closed our ticket mentioning we have shared the OTP which was never the case. Not even once we received call from customer care. We Feel cheated and have been a loyal customer for years now. It's time to start using other trusted brands

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
