I buy almost everything on Amazon that I can get without going to the grocery store. I have prime membership which does cost yearly but it makes up for it for me within a month or two. I get paper towels in bulk, toilet paper in bulk, my shampoo, Pet products, and I can go on and on. Everything comes to my door within two days. What more could you ask for? If I have to call Amazon or have a problem with an order they have excellent customer service representatives that are always willing to help you. I have never, ever had a problem with returning the product or getting my money back for whatever reason. It is an excellent company.
This is my go-to place to purchase almost anything. From gifts and books to games and electronics. I have been a member of Prime for many years, and the shipping cannot be beat. Also, I have not had problems when my package arrived damaged or was stolen, Amazon always took care of the problem.

I have never had a bad experience from Amazon. I have been a Prime member for at least 3 years. If I need anything I check there prices first. 90% of the time they are the cheapest and I can get it in 2 days. I accidentally got the wrong blinds once and returning them was so easy. I have had one item purchased that was through a seller on Amazon and they did not accept returns even though they listed item incorrectly. Since then I only buy direct from Amazon or sellers who accept returns.
I buy so much through Amazon and they are so quick, easy and have some great deals as well. I also love that if you ever have any difficulties they always cover your orders or refund you without any issue. They are probably the place I buy online the most-aside from Groupon!
Amazon is the number one online shopping site I would go before anywhere else. The most reliable shopping network where you can find almost anything, fast shipping and I always find good bargains here. I am a prime member so its even more fun because most of the time I get free shipping! Look no further if you're looking for bargain. Love it!

I have used Amazon on multiple occasions, generally with great success. The site is very easy to use with an enormous number of products to browse, meaning it is often my first port of call.
With the exception of one product and another that failed to arrive (although the seller agreed to send another), I have been delighted with all of my purchases. The one issue I had with the company itself was probably my own fault, but is something anyone reading should be aware of. If you become a Prime member on the 3 day free trial (which I clicked on by accident), and then do not cancel this at the end of the complimentary period; you become a full member and are charged for the privilege. I may have been informed of this at some point and just failed to read it though.
They are awesome, they're easy to contact, they have fast shipping, best online shopping website in my opinon.
I love Amazon! I have been a loyal Prime Member since 2008 and rarely shop anywhere else unless I can find the item at a lower price which is rarely the case. As far as Customer Service, there just isn't anyone better. I had a very rare occurrence back in August of this year. I ordered an item and twice it never showed up despite the tracking saying it had been delivered. It was being sent from Dell and not Amazon. I called Customer Service and without any headache at all, they shipped FREE OF CHARGE overnight the item. I was speechless. I say, "rare" because I just don't have problems with their site. It's nice to know in today's world there is still a company one can count on to deliver what they say! THANKS AMAZON! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I have been dealing with Amazon for several years and their service after sale is great.
At many occasions, I had to return the merchandises because of missing parts, doesn't perform as it should, etc. And the CSR people I talked to were always courteous and polite. They took the time to explain to me how to make the return as smooth as possible.
What is good with a retail company if the after sale service sucks right?
Anyway, I am a happy customer with Amazon.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
