Amazon prime is not worth it any longer. They don't provide prime benefits especially with shipping next day orders come in two to three days. It's ridiculous and a total waste of money. Plus they outsourced their customer service so the reps you get are like robots. No more friendly, caring reps. Don't waste your time or money.

Just announced scandal at Amazon. Seems that AMZ has allowed and facilitated scammers to sell worthless and perhaps dangerous nutraceutical products on their platform, likely for some time. This scandal involves AMZ agreeing to allow sellers to advertise and sell "now" brands of nutraceuticals without certificates of authenticity from the original manufacturer. Large numbers of such counterfeit nutraceuticals with the "now" brand recently sold on AMZ have been found to contain substances that are not consistent with the labeling and that the "now" company denies manufacturing or selling to anyone. The weak link in this chain of what could yet lead to an Amazon purchaser's illness or death, is the lack of Amazon's foresight in screening vendors who sell ingestible products and apparently not insisting the selling vendors provide authenticity certificates on each product lot. I have ceased doing any purchases from AMZ for nutraceuticals or other ingestible products and am now (no pun intended) going directly to the original manufacturer to buy such.

BEWARE OF AMAZON STEALING YOUR MONEY! Amazon will not replace any items or refund any purchases even when their customer service representative admits that the package was NOT delivered and was marked delivered incorrectly! And after they tell you that it's your loss they literally hang up in your face smh I have been a prime member for many years UNTIL NOW! Not only did I cancel prime but also audible because the interaction I just experienced was disgusting and inappropriate! Im pretty sure the majority of prime members have had atleast one package not show up, or had it delivered to the wrong address, and now Amazon will not correct their, or their drivers mistake, they will tell you it says delivered and that's too bad for you! Even when the driver coincidentally forgets to take the picture of the item when it's delivered and again even after the initial representative admits that the item was NOT delivered because the truck broke down and even when said conversation was on the chat and they have proof of the conversation! Over the past year, I've had a delivery that wasn't mine, over-ripe fruit, missing items, late deliveries. Now Amazon raised orders to $150? I'M DONE!
The name sells you. In store, it looks great but, it's so not. The fruit was absolutely awful wet/soggy and extremely overpriced as well as the veggies. Everything in the store is extremely overpriced. The customer service was terrible as myself and the gentleman behind me. Both felt overlooked at the checkout counter waiting for over 7 minutes and was not acknowledged. The only great experience was the cashier he was the sweetest and apologized for the obvious delay and made sure the checkout was complete accurately. Thanked me and apologized again.

Everything is made cheap, I only order small things I need quickly from Amazon and absolutely no electronics. The small things I ordered today for Easter are delayed and won't be here in time. Every order I have placed gets delayed at the exact same spot. I go to Walmart for everything, Amazon has become an overpriced, cheap joke.

Amazon is easy to order from. However over the past year shipping has become terrible, delayed. UPS is apparently the primary company for delivery and those yahoos dont understand how numbers 0-10 work. Multiple packages have not shown up. Can't file a claim for 24-48 hours that will be Saturday.they won't ship on sunday so most likely it will take over another week for get our animals food. Last time this happened from purchase date to actual delivery date took 3 weeks and 4 days, and still couldn't refund any money or provide any credits. Company has gotten terrible.
Best prices and service around. Don't hesitate calling customer service if you have an issue. They'll bend over backwards to make it right

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
