Nefarious was the very worst movie I've ever watched,I am 81 p, widowed and Netflix and Amazon Prime movies fill my lonely evenings.
A friend told me she heard NEFARIOUS was supposed to be pretty good.
It was rated correctly, I had to pay to watch it, but….I learned my lesson tonight to pay attention to the star****** rating. So, so badly done!
Hey, FYI the COVID scam is over, yet your YouTube ads appear to go out of their way to press home the idea we should all be wearing masks.
I am absolutely done with masks and will never again set foot in an Amazon Fresh.
Amazon is literally the worst company to deal with. I dont understand why people use their hard earned money to fund this stupid company. They blocked my account for suspicious acitivity with no solution for unblocking. The solution is I create a whole new account how does that solve the problem? Eveyone should take their business else where Amazon and their customer service are as useless as dog $#*!! I will be taking my useless Alexia and destroying it like that printer in Office Space!
Today I was supposed to recieve a delivery from Amazon. I watched the amazon van pull up at a business across the street from my house as I was leaving to take my child to an appointment. As we were walking to the car I witnessed the driver throwing packages that belong to people around in his van. I got a notice that my package had been delivered. When I returned home there was no package. I looked at my order on yhe amazon app. It said it was delivered and recieved by someone named Emily. There is no Emily at my house and no packages delivered.
I requested a call through the app for amazon. This was a horrible experience as well. I can't even count how many times the first lady I spoke to told me the package was delivered and I told her no it was not delivered to my home. I had to request a supervisor and he offered over and over to reship the product that they already delivered to the wrong address. I had to tell him over and over that I wanted a full refund and that I would never again order from Amazon before he processed a refund.
This happens regularly when I order from Amazon. I have also been told multiple time that a refund was processed or the would give a credit for 10 dollars for the inconvenience when delivery dates were missed anvthere was never a credit added to my account. Amazon is terrible in Colorado. Their drivers treat yhe packages we pay for with hard earned money like it is garbage. Customer service is terrible and you can hardly understand anything being said to you. What a terrible company. They lost a customer for good today. Sure it is supposed to be convenient to order on line and have it delivered but I can not tell you how many gifts have not got delivered in time for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties etc...
From today forward I will shop somewhere that values their customers and that is definitely not amazon. I would give ZERO starys but thar is not an option.
I moved 2 years ago and Prime has delivered to an address a block away and different address each time. At least 20 times. They also send pictures of the front door, but not my door.
I am close, 2110 and they drop at 2120. Why can't their people get this right?
I am an Amazon Prime customer, I live in Puerto Rico, Amazon Prime offered a 2 to 3 days free shipping, on 5 years I never receive a package on or before 10 days, why pay for prime? They never delivery on time and a lot of time canceled the order after you wait more of 10 days, and them Amazon tell you that they will refund your money on 3 to 5 days. When you call customer service, they apologize, but you still don't get the item and your refund you seen on 5 days. Don't pay prime buy from ebay. (free)
I ordered an item and was promised delivery the next morning. I received notice that the item was delivered to my front door. It was not at my door. Amazon web site says wait 24 hours, and I did. When I went online to chat with an Amazon employee, he said I will be refunded through a gift card. I said that was not acceptable and that I wanted my bank account credited...not a gift card! He refused to honor my request and I assume that is Amazon's policy. So...if you don't get the item, your only choice is to make another purchase through Amazon since you won't get your money refunded!
Amazon delivery orders are rarely what they say when ordering. Either earlier or a few days late which is can be a big problem if you're out of town when they deliver. I can understand that it could happen occasionally but it seems most everytime I am expecting a delivery it's messed up. They used to be better about this
They charged me for 400$ but no parcel arrived. I have to fight with customer service for 5 days in 20 phone calls to then get my refund my disputing the order though a bank. THE WORST!
I mostly like amazon. Prices are good. Return policy is good.
The only two problems:
- it took around 3 weeks that my return was accepted.
- there are too much fraud. Like those who set shipping to 20$, but the product is 1$
One: Amazon is the only online market I know if that doesn't give you even a clue about what it was you purchased in the confirmation email or any subsequent email.
Two: in order to see what you purchased in an order number from the confirmation email you have to click on a link to browse through your orders, which then only shows you pictures of each item in every order you ever ordered, with no order number. You have to click into each picture, and then click again to view the invoice to see the invoice number for that item to see if it matches the one in the confirmation email. That means you have to click on every item until you find the one in the particular order that you got the confirmation email for.
Three: there is no way to view your orders by order number. For some reason they've decided to only show you one by one pictures of items you ordered in every order and make you click into them to get any information at all. They might be a nice additional feature, but it's not a good way yo keep track of your orders if you do a lot of shopping on Amazon.
I've called them many times to suggest changes but it never happens. I've seen the design get worse through the many years I've been shopping on Amazon. It's fine for the occasional shopper, but terrible for the frequent shopper. And if there is a way to see these things I've totally missed it and it has to be more obvious.
They need to:
1. Show photos and descriptions of what was ordered in each confirmation email
2. Have a way to view all order numbers with a partial view of the order when you choose "track and manage your orders"
3. Have a way to click into each order from that list to see details of the items in that order. It needs to be a top down approach, not bottom up approach.
And while I'm making suggestions, they shouldn't hide the "delivered date" for orders older than 6 months the way the are doing. You can't trace anything that way.
On April 30th 2023 at 9:20 p.m I was charged $15.89 for Amazon Prime (which I do not have). I contacted customer service to dispute this charge on my card, I had to be transferred to a supervisor because the man I spoke didn't understand what I was saying. The "supervisor" got on the phone and was polite and understanding at first. After a brief hold she returned and confirmed she seen the transaction and said that "the name it was used on didn't match", so I told her, "that isn't authorized and I had no idea of who could have done that and that I don't have Amazon Prime" she said she "knows I don't have it but she thinks I know who this person is" ARE YOU SERIOUS? She then goes on to say that "if I just tell her I know who it is then she'll refund my money" WHAT? So I have to lie to get my money back? I definitely called my bank after being hung up on TWICE! Needless to say, they won't be that $15.89 and I will NEVER do business with Amazon EVER AGAIN!
I pay for Amazon Prime, but you'd never know it. I'd say that 75% of my deliveries are late. They say it will be there on a certain date, and it's not. Then I have to wait another week-and-a-half to two weeks in order for it to be late again; And on THAT date, they again "mis-speak", and it's still late. They have no knowledge of their shipping, and are completely impotent at locating the products that they sell! This is not for pencils and balloons, but most items are over $100.00. I'll be looking for other suppliers whenever I need to order something else.
My latest experience with Amazon Customer Service has prompted me to cancel my prime membership and my Paramount Plus membership. I am having an issue with a company based in China who 3rd party distributor send me their item. The item arrived in 2 boxes which were falling apart and parts may have fallen out. I was told to send pictures to an email address but received an email that "You've written to an address that does not accept incoming direct e-mails" so I had to call again, this time I was told that the rep had no idea of the address. Today I had to call again because the return shipment is going to cost me $99 plus and was told to send the receipts to you guess it... that same address. I feel I am being told lies from these foreign customer service reps who REFUSE to transfer me to a US customer service agent. For the price of Prime I expect to speak with a US representative that I can understand. Goodbye Prime
When I first signed up for Amazon Prime it was great! Two day delivery, loved the streamed shows, return service was great. Now...still love the shows and return service, but the two day delivery does not exist anymore, it seems. Delayed orders, cancelled (by Amazon) orders, products not available and no idea when, or if, they will be available.
I never thought that the would delete my review! I have been gentle and polite never used bad words towards people no matter how poor the service and the product. All I did is I included pictures approved the poor service provided from the seller!. The package was damaged and opened and the product they sent been used and has hair stuff on it. This order was birthday gift for my friend that I couldn't hand it to her on the time!. If Amazon are supporting sellers that has poor service and delete the ppl comments who has approved the bad service with respects then they are measurable to deal with. I will be deleting the app for sure.
Amazon was my go to store period. Great for last minute gifts delivered in 2 days and customer service while not impeccable they made returning or exchanging easier. Now you're lucky if you get it in a week or at all. They charge you $7.99 for returns damaged or not. As A Prime Member I pay for 2 day shipping. The Service is Horrible, I do not blame them they are told what to say. AMAZON this will be your downfall. It is a shame, I really liked shopping there. Now I will save some money, having to go 30 mins. To Walmart. I hope Jeff reads these, it might save his company!
My smoker jacket showed up missing its sash rope. A call to Amazon only resulted in them telling me to return or exchange the entire robe. Nope- my preferred color is now out of stock. Just send the darn rope!
I love this app. The best part is that it allows me to see all my reviews at once, rather than having to scroll through them. It's also easy to use, and the interface is beautiful.
Amazon is scam company. I have placed the order for offer price and the waiting for delivery for next 10 days after 15 days the order got cancelled and when I reached to customer support they asked to reorder and they would pay difference amount, i agreed and placed order though it showed it would deliver by 13 April it got delivered on 3 April and i paid via phone pay and reached out again stating i have received the product and agent asked for photo with tracking and asked to wait till 13 April so they can update and issue refund for difference amount.
On 10 i received message stating the order is cancelled by merchant i reached more then 50 times emailed them and everyone just repeate it's cancelled after i have provided all screenshots of the photo tracking and also OTP i received to receive product on Amazon notification but still no resolution is anyone from Amazon can look into it
If it's not taken care i have to take legal help to prevent such scam from happening.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
