Amazon lies and will try to charge your account for items not purchased. When debit your account they will do this in hours of the order bring placed. When iddzeing a credit they will take up to 10 days to confirm the credit to your bank. They will blame your bank but it is they hold up. The confirmation entry of the credit for those days they claim the bank is responsible for. Their customer service dept is for the most part completely worthless. You have to speak to several agents until you finally reached someone with any knowledge.
It all begins one night when i saw a good deal on amazon deals or a great laptop with a great price drop i was so excited to purchase this laptop because i have full trust and the value of your items, but this was the last time when i trusting you because the next day when your delivery guy showed up he handed me a package and ask me for the codes which was required for the laptop but when i opened the package i realized that i was the trade because it was a different item so i've tried to contact your customer service up to five times but of course there was no one to talk to they were just putting up their fake smiles and saying i'm so sorry but i can't help you so i have no other option just to put up a bad review for the seller so it helps and the seller contact me he writes me that he understands my pain and is willing to take responsibility and help me so once again i thought i can trust amazon but after a while i really realized there's no action being taken so i have no other option just to dispute the charge my credit card provider after a while i received an email from amazon customer service and ask me the reason why this charge is disputed i told them the whole story and we came to an agreement and then we'll let the charge being dispute so i will get back my money once again felt secure then sure and trust in amazon but that all ends in the past friday may 12th when i received the letter from a credit card provider the charge was authorized and they will remove the amount from my account i felt so angry! Why is this amazon doing?! Why aren't you holding on to an agreement?! Why are you betraying me the third time?! Is this customer service?! Or just fraud and lying?! I lost any trust in you and your policies and agreements!
I want you to take fully responsibility for your actions and fraud if not i will have to take action and go public with this story i have records of every phone call an email i don't want to do this but if you will keep on abusing me i'll have no other options,
I wanted to cancel my order which I ordered less then 24 hours. Amazon refused to cancel. Pop up saying the order was process. Well, after checking I saw that the items were in the warehouse in my City and had not yet moved nor placed for delivery.
Looks like I will go back to Walmart hence forward

It's 139 per year which is cheaper than Netflix but three content is lacking. The same movies show in every category so as to make it look larger. The app locks up allot it's slow moving to screen from screen. Prime is just another garbage streaming service from a company that only cars about purify l profit.there are less then 10 a class movies. And of course a commercial advertising prime before everything. Advice tv will soon be dead get into books.but if you can't use Netflix. Stop giving your hard earned money to a global conglomerate who gives you a garbage product. Try to give a negative review on Amazon and they delete it.

Okay, I pay something like $150 for Prime. Therefore, I get free shipping on items I buy. Figuring it all out, I'm guessing I'm getting less than 50 orders for "free" shipping, for which I'm actually paying $3. Still, not a bad deal if you do a lot of shopping at Amazon. I happen to be doing less and less because they keep screwing up my orders, but that's a different topic. Then there's Prime Video. Tons of TV shows, FREE with ads. What a laugh. I figure I'm getting about 10 minutes of ads for every hour of viewing, so there's nothing free about it. In conclusion, my computer has become an advertising billboard: ads when I boot up, ads when I go to Amazon, ads when I go to YouTube. Ads interrupting my scrolling. Ads, ads, ads...sneaky little ribbon-sized ads, sneaky little ads interrupting my browsing, huge in-your-face ads on every website I visit. Am I a slave to my computer and its incessant ads? No. I get up and leave the room when the ads come on...exercise...read a page or two of an actual book (you know, pages you have to turn by hand...). I figure I'm getting a ton of exercise doing all of this, and I'm also making a list of products I will never buy because of their invasive ads...it's become counter-productive for the ad agencies. They barely even register with me because I'm always doing something else! The only "subliminal" message I'm getting is simple: I hate ads, I hate computers...makes a compelling mantra.
I buy things from Amazon and have strict instructions to deliver at backdoor only to have my packages left in front, in full view of the street! Contacted their CSR and got apologies but it continues to happen. Further they raised their Prime membership fee. It just isn't worth it anymore! Once this last delivery is done I am done with Amazon.

I received a notification from amazon stating that my item was going to be delayed but I never received it. I didn't even receive an option to get a refund. I'm down $50+ for something I haven't received. I received no explanation to why my item didn't arrive. Nor, did I receive a drop off date. I just received a confirmation email asking how was the service. So unrealistic….! If I can give amazon a negative star, I would most definitely….!
I have been with prime for yrs now. But am really tired of late deliveries. They guarantee a two day diliviry and when I called to talk to them about a deliver that was set to deliver in three days I was upset but still willing to deal with it. Recieved a notice that the delivery will be late two mor days so I call them get the run around even talk to a supervisor who was no help at all. She explained how they stand behind their " 2 day delivery" but that if my package doesn't show up 6 days after my ordering that then she can resend the order or refund me. That "Amazon" is not standing by your contract of 2 day delivery. Seriously considering cancelling. I bout the membership to make things easier and all I've gotten is late diliveries and lies
Took money from my brothers account for a preorder, but claims that he never paid. Refuses to refund or send the product. Upon making a post on Facebook about how they refuse to deal with this issue and tagging the official Amazon Facebook page in the post, Amazon's response was to block him instead of addressing the issue. There are receipts and bank statements to prove that he paid the money, however they still refuse to send the product or issue a refund. Do not give this company your money, they will steal it and not provide the good and services promised.
If you are a prime member amazon is good. If you are not amazon is below average on delivery times. I'm thinking that this is one of there strategies they use to become a member. I thought amazon was excellent, but not any more.
Did not give refund after it says I can get a refund. Late delivery more than once. Watched the Amazon driver refuse to deliver. Said next stop and then he was no where. I'm furious too that another package said delivered but is no where.
I had a trip to go to the beach and i didn't want to bring a big duffel bag so i went on Amazon and i can across this duffel bag & it was pretty small but it fit a lot of clothes for a one week. I recommend this duffel bag. I didn't like how the straps were but overall it was good.

I strongly do not recommend Amazon. Terrible service. As soon as I set up my account, I started having issues right away. I signed up for a trial Prime subscription and decided to buy some items for my home since I had just moved in. My first purchase wasn't very large, at 800 euros, but then I decided to buy everything I needed all at once, so I wouldn't have to split my delivery into parts. That's why I chose to pay several times more but get everything I needed immediately. My bank declined the transaction because they requested confirmation that it was me making the payment in order to approve such a large amount for spending. While I was dealing with the bank, Amazon blocked me because they considered it suspicious activity.
Perhaps I wouldn't have written a review just because of this, but it was only the beginning. Because as soon as I wanted to confirm my identity with Amazon so they could understand it was me, Amazon did absolutely nothing. After blocking my account, they wouldn't let me contact customer support through the account because the account was suspended, even for communication with customer support. They asked me for documents from my bank and information that I had provided in my account. I did that, and they replied that it was not enough information and requested the same thing again. This has been happening in an endless loop. I have provided exactly what they asked for, sometimes even trying to provide more detailed information, but they still continue to ask me for the same information every day. Moreover, when I call customer support, they say they are not competent in matters of account suspension and that the department responsible for unlocking accounts is not directly accessible through a call, only through the bank information they request from me.
It turns out they constantly ask for the same thing and then respond that there's not enough information. And no one can tell me what the hell they are missing. As a result, my purchases are paid for, time is passing, and I have been sitting in an empty house for several days now, waiting for them to resolve their issues. It's a waste of time, and I won't be shopping in this store anymore if I need something urgently in the coming days.
This company has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. It's getting harder to find good quality cheap/ used products and they have been absolutely unprofessional with their gift card policy!
I just recently attempted to buy 3 gift cards and made sure not to go over 500 dollars but Amazon froze my account and stopped the order from going through and I spent the last two days going through the tedious process of submitting "documents" confirming and reconfirming that I placed the damn order and that I used a specific payment method, only for them to decide that my account was to be closed! Even though I've been a costumer for years and I've bought countless gift cards!
And you have no way to contact their "Gift Card team" who makes the final decision! You can't email anyone either you have to sit on the damn phone and get someone to relay your problem to the gift card team! Two days I dealt with this $#*!! Two days!
So now I have to find some other place for online email delivery gift cards that hopefully isn't a scam sight and hopefully will mind their own damn business.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
