Not all products are cheaper than can be sourced locally, but when combined with free shipping, they become cheaper, as personal time and travel are eliminated. I've spent over $10K in the past year on products for use in my business, and saved a ton of time. Have not been disappointed with the quality or shipping yet!
I enjoy Amazon.com because I can usually find what I am looking for a lot cheaper than if I were to into a retail store. I always compare prices though before I commit to purchasing the items because once in a while I can find it cheaper elsewhere. I also subscribe to Prime because it saves me in shipping costs and I can also watch movies. Definitely will continue to shop on Amazon.
Amazon is similar to an eBay without the bidding. They host many different sellers. I have, however, found that Aliexpress has many of these same items at a far lower price.
I've enjoyed many years of great service with Amazon. The few minor problems I've encountered through the years were solved fast and efficiently by their Customer Support Team. Free standard shipping during this time was 5 to 7 days. It seems that with the introduction of "Prime" free standard shipping now takes 7 to 12 days. The last three items I've ordered took the proverbial slow boat to Missouri. One package took 5 days to get from Texas to Missouri. Then while tracking the package it was delayed for 5 days at a facility close to me. A helpful Amazon Rep had it delivered the next day. Ink for my printer has taken 7 days to get halfway from California to Missouri! I could walk faster than that! My impression is that those of us that use free shipping will be penalized. If poor shipping practices don't affect you, by all means continue to shop at Amazon.

I love Amazon, they keep track of your orders and make it easy to reorder. I get my husband's shake products from them at a discount usually and have ordered other items. The app lets me know when they ship and when it arrive at my door and usually they come about 8 when I am home to receive it. Great site
Since 2006 I have shopped on amazon. I have placed many hundreds of orders. Anytime either the product failed or the shipping was not on time, i was immediately and fairly given the option of refund, replacement, or (in the one single case of late arrival)shipping reimbursement. I order almost all of my non-tangible items, from Amazon.com.

Easy purchase, easy returns. Good customer service (when you can understand them). Self service system is more than adequate, but they are there for you when you need extra help beyond what the site provides. Just dislike that every movie I'm interested in on prime seems to cost money. Make more of them "included with prime." Thus, the reason for the 4* rating.
Joining Amazon Prime was one of the best things I've done - it saves shipping on just about anything you could think of buying AND you get it in two days! I love it and shop there more than anyplace else.
I have been purchasing from Amazon for a while now and they are or their sellers are not always honest with their prices and products. I must say in all practicality their customer service is commendable for me, but their prices are always doubling whenever they check your IP address and then the price changes. There are certain thing that I would not buy at all from them and then there are other things I would. Look before you leap.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Amazon Prime. I literally do all of my Christmas shopping there; I buy all of my vitamins there; all kids birthday gifts for my daughter's friends; I buy all of my household items there; all of my business items; this website is a blessing! And when I purchase these items with Prime, all of the shipping is FREE! With all of these purchases throughout the year, that alone saves me thousands of dollars a year! Love Amazon Prime!

For over 15 years I've used Amazon with excellent results with Service and Products. The huge variety of products and customer reviews allow you to make excellent purchases with the assurance that should there be any problems you can return the Products directly to Amazon or the seller. The customer reviews permit you to see actual purchases and the results by real customers, along with their star ratings and their personal comments. The prime feature permits you to get most products within 2 days including deliveries on Sundays. Overall my experience with customer service when I have changes or have made mistakes in my orders has been outstanding. Amazon customer service is in operation 24/7. Everything is followed up with accurate emails to confirm with you have discussed with customer service. I would say I made savings of about 20% in my purchases over the years along with convenience of not having to travel into town and shop the crowded malls. Overall this is an excellent website with outstanding products and top of the line features including wonderful customer service personnel. Definitely 5 stars all the way.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
