So happy with Amazon, place a order with them week before Christmas and recieved it before Christmas. Very fast.
So i signed up for amazon prime trial and decided i don't need it. Tried to end it before it renew and for some reason couldn't do it because i wasn't a prime member. Next thing i see - they charged my card for memebership! I contacted them and asked for a refund and they sorted it out immediately without any hassle. So yeah, got my money back and i am really satisfied with their quick problem solving. Thank yhou Amazon, you know I'll come back.
Super cheap for school textbooks. The customer service is very understandable with Kindle ebook issues. Sometimes the payment system is really slow, otherwise have had no serious issues.
