I love Amazon.com, and I've been shopping there for years! On the very very rare occasion when there has been a problem, the customer service has been excellent, and they have quickly resolved the problem (which for me has only happened when ordering items through Amazon from other sellers).

OMG I love the DEC_LANS Boot Liner Socks for Boys and Girls. They are adorable, my grandson loves them, they are warm and one of the best features is they fold over the top of the boot to prevent them from slipping down and off inside the boot! Another great feature, is there is a small label on an ear of eash sock, letting you know what foot they go on!

My favorite thing about shopping on amazon, besides the two day shipping with prime(AWESOME), is that we are still buying from individual shops. The little business can so suffer from the net and amazon helps out, even individuals who sell their used books and things. Amazon is my fav!
I have actually ordered from Amazon quite a few times, I am always confident that I will receive my items from Amazon because of its reputation. This past October I purchased Amazon prime, I guess I assumed after purchasing this I would receive all items with free shipping in two days, and this is not the case! Just because you have prime does not mean you will receive your item in two days. If it's in the Amazon store you most likely get it in two days, if it's though a different store it may not!
Amazon offer the the best shopping experience to you. That is why it is the biggest

I live in Lima, Perú. And I have bought earphones, and other stuff and all was fine. Shipping can be delayed sometimes, but finally the product will reach your home.
I have prime! I love the two day shipping, free video streaming (aka everything that is on Netflix), and Amazon music (which is EXACTLY like Spotify, but better because they have TSwift)! Because of prime: I don't pay extra for shipping and I don't need Netflix or Spodify! Thanks Amazon :)

I have ordered from Amazon for quite some time now, ranging from alarm clocks that went bust (my fault for plugging in a 110v clock to a 220v socket), Sennheiser headsets, books (of course!), data cables, card games (Sushi Go, Jaipur), camera batteries, and a whole lot more. In all my different orders (some from 3rd party sellers), I always received my items in good condition.

Whenever I am looking for something that is not sold during the time period I need it, or I think I can get a better price for something I like, but don't need; I go on-line and visit my new best friend Amazon Prime. The merchandise is always what it looked like on line, returns are incredibly easy, and the selection is incredible. When it is rainy or I am tired, I spend a little time visiting my friends at Amazon, and it is always a worthwhile use of time and money.
I was really excited when we purchased our new Keurig and we need to get the large KCup to make the pots of coffee we found a great price for the KCUP but the shipping for something that was 8.95 was an additional 12+ dollars and that was for standard shipping, it kept prompting me to get Prime to remove shipping cost but I don't use Amazon that much to make the cost of Prime worth it. I will probably wait till something comes back in stock before I pay more for shipping than I did for the item.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
