When I first signed up for prime it guaranteed 2 day shipping. Now that 2 day shipping is closer to a week on most items. Not what I pay for annually and disappointed.

You name ut they gave it! As a member of prime you get FREE shipping and they gift wrap awesome for Christmas shopping! You can sign up for delivery confirmations to know EXACTLY when your item will and does arrive. If you ever have an issue they handlet it right away, especially if you email, and replace your order. Should your order come from a 3rd party Amazon gets right on them to make it right. I've only had 2 problems in 12 years and as soon as Amazon was notified I had a resolution within days at my doorstep. You can rent books and movies too! Costly items like the teeth bleaching systems the dentist use you can get for 1/4 the cost. Love it! You can't go wrong! They stand by thier customers
