Amazon.ca drops packages on our open porch. No signature. No knock on door.

I've ordered many things from Amazon, and I have always been satisfied. If I've had a problem, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Ships quickly, quality good. I could go on and on with good things to say about Amazon.

I've been shopping with Amazon regularly for about 4 years. I have had a few items get lost in the post but Amazon always sort this out quickly with minimal hassle

I use Amazon like my local supermarket, it's that good. (Up for Prime, so worth it)

It has average services and quality of products is also not good.
I hope they will work on it.

I ordered several items from Amazon before Christmas, and received them all within 3 days. All items were received in pristine condition and also saved me approx. £200 compared to buying elsewhere.

I buy books from Amazon all the way from Malaysia. It is far cheaper if I buy in bulk. The books are wrapped nicely and the customer service, should I have problems is quick

Fast shipping but no customer service. Multiple times items were "not available" and they kept providing new dates, but never actually shipped.
Tried to contact them, left multiple emails, not a single response.

All of the products are of great price and quality. They are always packed well and delivered on time

After over 100 orders, I would say my success rate is bordering on 100%. Anytime that a problem has arisen, it has been dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.
They have always been upfront with me if something went out of stock or defective. I keep going back to Amazon because I trust them.

Prices are usually higher on amazon vs ebay BUT amazon ofers its prime which is nice to get things you order fast..

I love amazon b/c no where else can you receive your goods as quickly & reliably.

I've been ordering from Amazon for years and never had any problems. They also have the fastest shipping compared to any other site I've shopped from. Never had to wait more than 5 days for a package.

I have had the best customer service from Amazon! They prices for the most part are the best, but sometimes they can be beat, so still do your due diligence.

They are a good company but they do have a high interest rate on their credit cards. The best way to order from here is to pay cash!
