I always hated, hated, hated, shopping. When Amazon came out, I was quite happy to sit back in my chair with my warm blankie and flip on the computer. I find just about everything I need on Amazon: boat parts, hardware, cosmetics, athletic products, food, clothes... anything. The website is so easy to use, type in your wish and there it is, like a genie in bottle. I belong to Amazon Prime which makes shopping there even easier. On a rare occasion I may return something which is totally hassle free. Just request your return label and your good to go. They are always quick to post refunds too. I have never been frustrated shopping Amazon. No travel=no traffic to contend with, no waiting in lines or dealing with moody customers or employees. In two days I have my product and the whole process is stress free. What did I do without Amazon? :)

I buy anything I can on Amazon! We are prime members so get free shipping. We recently moved out of state so purchased almost everyone of our Christmas presents with Amazon for Christmas 2015. Free shipping, gift wrapping at a small fee, can send it directly to who it is for. The best easiest way to Christmas shop ever!

The moment I decide to buy a product, Its always checked on Amazon. I may or may not buy from Amazon finally but love the website for following reasons:

1. Huge variety of products in each category ranging price from cheap to high end.
2. Details of supplier (rating and city info so you may choose a seller in ur city for faster delivery or may be a high rated seller to get best quality product.
3. faster delivery option for some products.
4. Almost everything available on Amazon.
5. Good customer care

I love Amazon.

I bought a Gioteck RC5 from Argos.

I got a faulty product and when I tried to complain, return and get a refund I got a rubbish customer service.

It is clear from online feedback that Gioteck gaming chairs are notoriously poor quality.

Similarly - Argos appear to be OK until something goes wrong - then the wheels come off!

I eventually bought a BraZen Spirit gaming chair from BoysStuff.co.uk. Very happy and highly recommend both product and retailer.

Prime site to shop!

I used Amazon.com to order lots of Christmas gifts. They ship things quickly and the merchandise is of good quality. I live in Hawaii and shipping is a big deal. With Amazon Prime I get most items shipped for free. It is true I pay for the Prime membership but the cost is well worth the free shipping for the year. Their return policy and customer service are the best.

Very convenient

I order from Amazon frequently as I have Prime. It's very convenient to have items shipped to my house. You do have to check out prices from other sites but generally their prices are good. They do have sales at times on the items I order.
Occasionally their packaging for items are not good but customer service is great if you have a problem with damaged products.
They even deliver 40 pounds of cat litter which is cheaper than the pet stores.
Very happy with Amazon.

I just put 4 because free ship is extremely slow sometimes and got some cancelled items after the order being placed abd then rised the price. So no merchant should be able to do so. But other than that you can get really good deals.

Great Customer Service

So far Amazon.com resolved all of my issues I had so far to my full satisfaction (there were about 5 in the many years I've been ordering from this site). The prices are usually the cheapest but sometimes I would recommend to go to the seller's site directly to get lower prices and to use promo codes you can't apply on Amazon.com. In all, my go-to site for almost all my errands.
