My 6 orders never arrive year of 2022 and 2"023. The seller won't contact you to even let you know they won't be shipped and waste your time waiting.
After many years as a loyal customer with Amazon, I must discontinue my future business with them. I am tired of calling the customer service line upset because the drivers failed to follow my instructions and I never get my packages. I am then left to contact customer service and wait on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour as they try to determine when they can refund my purchase because the package the driver took a picture of outside of the apartment complex never made it to me. Packages around here have the amazing life-like ability to develop legs and walk the hell off. Amazing! I have yet to see it for myself but it happens quite often in this disgusting lame pathetic city of Philadelphia. If this happens often to you, good luck with ever getting your packages.
My name is Alvin Wallace I order a Product from Amazon and they said as per there "So called same day delivery" That it will be delivered but i waited for 7 PM evening Isst and they did not turned up, they came at 8.30 PM where no one was there and they did not even called up or say bothered to call u and say, sir, we are there what to do and then when ask the name, of the so called delivery boy, he did not wants to inform you that also. Mr Abhishek, the grievance manager will not call you back, after saying, sir, i am personally look into this matter. They are pathetic customer service.

If you dont have prime its its like an extra 15 on every purchase and they take fore ever. Yet same items get sold for less and free fast shipping! Yet amazon here cand do $#*! to save its life. It takes for ever for them to take your money after you made a purchase! They will cancel some stuff wayyyyy later when you have been waiting all week snd the NOT EVEN GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK RIGHT AWAY! So i had to wait for you to not send my item and you get to hold onto my money. Bottom line you need to pay 15 for a membership that should be free. Amazon is just like door dash lol
I purchased a a human hair wig on Amazon the week. The week was too small. I was told to return it to the UPS store and I will get my return any gift card because I bought it through a third-party. I never received my $180 from this but they receive their item and I have the tracking number and I've been calling for the last five days to retrieve my gift card because it's not on my account. I have hatching James Michael Sara, so many employees I have talk to where they have either either hung up in my face transferred me in the middle of my conversations. The customer service is terrible. You can't talk to a supervisor you can't talk to someone who can have time enough to understand what's going on now I had two accounts one accounts to my email. The other account is to my phone number and I can't access the one to my phone number. That's why I purchased a week from because I don't have that number anymore. I just received a new phone because my phone got stolen so they telling me that I have two accounts one in Canada and one in new US I can't have one in Canada because I never lived in Canada. They come up with all these excuses not to pay me my $180 I have a gift card of $181.68 so my complaint is they received a week I didn't receive my money I'm not understanding I really need someone to get in touch with me because that's like taking my money and saying $#*! me that's what I'm saying and it's not fair to me because I don't know what's going on. I just want my money they can give me my my gift card because I bought it through a third-party that's fine but don't be rude. I'm up noxious hang up the phone transfer me in the middle of my conversation what type of customer service is this and I'm paying I've been paying for Amazon prime for the last three for five years and this is the treatment that I get Amazon is I'm telling you I don't know what's going on that was great at first but now I give them one star I need my money back. Amazon has completely blocked me out for know apparent reason from writing reviews on products that I purchase from their website, I haven't broken any rules concerning the reviews etc. it's all about the money and amazons third party sellers, Amazon is making sure that negative reviews doesn't affect their partnership with their third party seller partnership to reinsure that the third party sellers continue to sell defective useless cheap products from other countries to the USA customers without negative reviews to interfere with the third party partnership sellers,and their ability to sell products on Amazon, and to reinsure that it doesn't affect amazon profits percentage from their third party partner vendors selling on Amazon website.
Had an issue with email regarding my account. Explained the situation but they said unless I downloaded and uploaded information while I spoke to them on the telephone they could not help me. I explained I could not do that because I was elderly and disabled due to head injury and needed assistance. They said then we cant help you. I said then you are saying you do NOT accomadate people with disabilities. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She refused. She again told me i would have to go thru a process of downloading and uploading info. Again I asked for accomations due to my disability. She hung up. I called back later again no accomadations and was refused to speak to supervisor. Hung up on again when I mentioned by law they must accomadate people with disabilties.
I have been doing business for 10 years with them but never again. I will also be looking into legal action thru Disability rights.

Amazon has changed. I don't have prime, use to get my orders within 5-7 business days. Now I get notices out for delivery then hrs later same day my delivery is delayed I should receive with 4 days.

Amazon has treated me well overall, but lately it's been failing me greatly. I ordered something on a Thursday, hoping to get it on Friday. So I clicked the "arrive next day 7am-11am" next day, then it said that it'd arrive on Saturday, so hoping that'd it'd arrive early morning, I bought it cuz I was desperate. It's arriving at 10pm Saturday, AFTER when I need it. You used to be able to order from Amazon on Thursday and get it early Friday morning.
Got sent the wrong pants been fighting and arguing with Amazon and dxl to get the right ones said it would be here in 3 days nothing happened said may 8th or 9th nothing they cancelled it turns out they never had them in stock and it's been over a month still fighting over it have appointment to see district attorney today to file paperwork to get my money back they said Missouri has over 60,000 cases open against amazon
Horrible experience working with them, they lie about you and fire you if you prove them wrong in anyway. They are extremely unprofessional and will sweep anything under the rug to keep face and try to look good. They will fire you and make something up just so they can silence you from telling the truth. They don't care about families or there workers. They are shady sadly and I was hoping they we're good but after working with them for over a year they try to hide things. They don't care about safety or the people.
It is amazing that Amazon acts like they are the middleman to all problems and when you try to address it you go through a squirrel cage. Late shipments, wrong shipments, returns that came from their warehouse even get put straight to the seller like the seller had anything to do with the broken item that was sent out.
Even when the item you are buying says that it can be returned and then you try to return it and they won't take it, trying to get a hold of Amazon themselves is a joke. What you have to go through to their website is ridiculous.
The Last Straw was when I just ordered about six items and four of them were to be delivered next day. It wanted me to okay that it came the second day, but I needed the stuff for a birthday so I put that I needed it the next day. These items are coming directly from Amazon and they stated clearly that I could get them the next day and what do you know I didn't. This is happening over and over and over. I think Amazon needs to start being truthful on when the delivery is going to get to you and if it's not going to get to you the next day then don't put it that it's available for next day shipping. The only way it'll get you next day is if they can fit it in.
Now I hear that Amazon is going to take UPS away and you have to make returns through Kohl's? Not happy about this at all how about being a little more hard-nosed and negotiate with UPS instead of accepting their increases and you bowing down and just getting rid of them. I'm disabled and can easily make a UPS return but cannot walk to the back of a Kohl's store to make it. You need to think of the people that do the UPS out of need. Just not happy with you lately it would have been one star if I didn't depend on you so much.
Am a Prime member and ordered merchandise. Initial delivery date was scheduled for yesterday. Months ago I had set the delivery instructions for our business/address at we are open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Yesterday the driver attempted delivery at 7:30pm. Today the delivery is scheduled for 5-8pm. When I called Amazon customer service to see if they could have the driver or distribution hub read the instructions as to the time we are open, the customer service rep hung up on me. I really want to give 0 stats.

When things work out right, everything is fine. When things go bad you never know what to expect. I have the vendors make good where Amazon will not. Basically, you are doing Amazon's work for them. If I am doing their work why are they there? I have noticed they mess up worse with larger orders and do not care whether you are a consistent customer. They care about every dollar coming in and once in, it is theirs. This was the last straw and I will never return to Amazon after this.
Amazon is manipulating all reviews and posting only favorable 5 star review on products. Every product i reviewed with 5 stars was posted. Every review with 1 star was REJECTED with a note stating it does not meet their guidelines. Can we say SCAM? Someone is manipulating the site in their favor. When i called several times to complain i was hung up on, promised someone will get back to me in 24 hrs and it would be escalated to a higher dept... Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
