I am one of the user of the great Amazon.in and I am a pretty too much happy with thier service of delivery and packaging the best thing is that you would not need to return or replace your product cause the product is not what it was claimed to be.
The only reason for not going up with 5 stars is that it has Amazon fulfilled "free" delivery on order above rs499... While on many sites it just varies with product not the price tag.
My only complaint about Amazon is that my area doesn't have the 2 hour delivery yet ;) Maybe that's for the best as I would over shop!
I am an amazon prime member for the last few years and I would recommend them! The customer service is the best I've seen so far whether its helping locate a package or I ordered something by mistake they are always so nice and helpful and I see the results right away like when something got lost in the mail not only did they credit the item amount back to me so that I could re-order it they also gave me small discount on it with overnight shipping free of charge! Way to go amazon you guys rock!
I am embarrassed to say how often I order from here (the guy who delivers the packages to my house must think I am a weirdo) but I can say without hesitation this site is fantastic. In the years I have ordered I have had maybe two concerns which were addressed immediately and handled beyond my expectations. Six stars.

When I buy at least 5 items per month on a subscription, I get an additional 15% off. It's awesome. Rarely do I have trouble with Amazon, but when I have their customer service is fast and fixes my issue.
I have been ordered mostly DVD's from Amazon for several years now and I have never had any complaints. They always arrive on time and sometimes earlier than I expected even when ordering standard shipping.
For me it's the only place I can find older television shows movies because there are no stores anywhere that I know of that sell them.
I usually go on here to buy foregin snacks random things and it ususally goes through and arrives on time but beware if you use anything but an amazon gift card they steal your money and cancel your order and say you had like a 50usd visa gift card, you buy one thing thats like 4.00 that has free shipping well once you go to pay for your order they don, t just take off 4usd like they're supposed to no they take all 50usd they are awful.So if you are going to shop with them i reccomend that you use an amazon card

I've ordered many items from Amazon. Communication had been quick and constant. Products were shipped within and agreeable time frame. Returns, even single beds, are easy and hassle free. Customer service is top notch.

I have a Walmart in my town and that's about it. So when ever I need anything and no time to drive 2 hours to the city I go to Amazon. With Amazon Prime I get it in two days. You just can't beat it. We started our account when building a house as we knew we would need a lot of items that are overpriced in town. It has been 3 years and I have not canceled my membership. It is well worth the yearly fee. Also we get to watch the free prime movies. If they were a bit better with categorizing so you could browse easier we would use them more than Netflix. Currently unless I know the show I want to watch I head over to Netflix instead.
Amazon is good but not as good as eBay for finding the best deals and for standing behind their vendors if you have a problem with Amazon it's much harder to reconcile a problem which could be because Amazon so you can find things cheaper through the manufacturer then you can through Amazon so they're taking a large part of what you buy and they're not willing to negotiate a solution although you do have the opportunity to return things
