I have Amazon prime! My husband didn't want to get it. Didn't think it was worth it. He now uses it more than me. Because you can purchase something everyday without waiting to make sure everything is in one order to save on shipping. Prime offers 2 day free shipping on everything as many times as you want. I also like free prime movies on my Amazon tv channel! And it's easy to cancel an order right away without having to call!
I have shopped Amazon for years. Very few problem. When I have had one the resolved it very quickly. Very pleased!

I casually shop online and my best experience is with amazon.the reason is not just quality but because Amazon resolves issues with seller in case seller try to cheat buyer of money. I had ordered shampoo but I got conditioner and seller refused to accept return. Than Amazon intervened and got matter resolved. I don't think any other site does this so well.
I have been a loyal Amazon customer for 15 years. Have purchased large to small items, cheap to expensive items, electronics, cameras, computers, printers, drivers. Cloths, shoes, nutripharmaceuticals, stationaries, iPhones, iPads, Macs. I am happy to say that I have never been disappointed. If they ever sent me anything that was not correct be it their mistake or my mistake, I never had any problem returning the item and getting an immediate refund or an equal exchange. I joined Prime 4 years ago and now I do most of my internet shopping through Amazon. Ordered goods are always delivered on time. I only wished some of the other internet merchants can do as well as Amazon. Prime is a blessing. I save a lot from shipping charges.
Someone compromised my account and made a roughly 570 purchase. Amazon caught the charge, flagged it as fraudulent and then claimed they reversed the transaction. I spent 3 weeks going back and forth with account reps who were completely incompetent and outright liars. I was told by 3 reps and 2 managers that someone from accounts would call me within 24 hours despite the fact no one ever bothered to even get my phone number. I pointed this out to the last "manager" I spoke with and he promptly ended the chat when I did. It took over a month, a dispute through PayPal, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get them to finally actually issue the refund. Been Amazon free for four months and my world is a better place because of it.
The only "bad" thing about shopping on Amazon is the variety and number of things available. At times it boggles the mind!

More than 1and a half month I ordered some books. I have not received them. Perhaps they are stuck in the customs. But I can not track the deliverance. And there is no e-mailadress on the homepage to ask! Really bad. I will never again by Brooks om Amazon:-(

New review update: Just docked 3 stars as something bad happened to Amazon's customer service in 2022. It was 5 stars prior. I had a bad experience and could not reach customer service by phone, and they did not reply to my email. There were some fraudulent listings I reported some sellers selling bracelets that claimed to include sea turtle tracking that had no tracking, months later I still see these fraudulent listings as prime sellers. I hope Amazon can remedy this downward service spiral they are on. They did improve the prime video content though.

I've been shopping at amazon for many yrs now and I've had all great experiences except 2 diff ones. 1 was I waited for almost 4 months for a dress I ordered last yr for Vday needless to say that didnt get to me in time. Actually over 2 months late but the issue was finally resolved. The other thing was a bought a necklace belly chain that goes down the front to my belly then swoops back on the sides... I got it out of the bag and went to try it on when it broke in 3 places. I was sooo upset because I bought it for a pool party that was the next day. Besides those issues I luv amazon and even have been able to find things on there that I couldn't find anywhere else after searching EVERYWHERE for months and even once over a few years for something I'd been really wanting most of my life and someone told me to look on amazon and wouldn't you know it there it was and all I had to do was tap my phone screen and I finally had what I wanted!
Being a full time carer makes it hard to get out and shop to pick up the odd bits I won't get in a 45 min dash to the supermarket. Amazon has become a very valuable place for me to source things, ironing board cover for instance. Grateful for the reliable convenient service during these trying times.

This rainbow bridge bird toy is very nice for birds the size of a cockatiel or larger. It would be great for any parrots or macaws or cockatoos or something like that as well.
All of the pieces are made of natural wood that are on the bridge their flat pieces and then there are round balls in between them. They are strong with a stick a leather. The only pieces I really do not care for on this toy are the chain links. They are just a hollow plastic material. I do not think those will hold up very well. The rest of the toys made very well.

This would not be long enough to go side to side across a birdcage that would hold a larger bird. However, this would work diagonally in a cage going from the side to the back or from the front to the side.
Most birdcages have a perch across the cage. If this is the case with your bird it is probably best just to hang it vertically from the top of the cage towards the bottom of the cage. This way it would move more when they played with it.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
