I have been using Amazon for YEARS and only have great things to say. I love the convenience, the prices and fast shipping. Only 2 times have I had something come delivered broken and each time the customer service was so easy and incredible, they also had my new item to me the next day.

Amazon has been everything they promised and more. We love the programs on Amazon prime video, the shipping perks are great, the Fire tablet works fantastically, I have even used there trade-in program with positive results. I think we will be sticking with Amazon for a while.

My husband and I shop on Amazon regularly. Their selection, delivery and execution are all awesome. We are particularly pleased when the item we want is available through their Amazon Prime service level. Not every product is perfect, but Amazon makes returns easy and delivery notifications are accurate and helpful. Just as I don't know how we survived before email, I similarly can't imagine life without Amazon!

Amazon is a amazing operation. I have been buying from this company for years and have been a Prime member for the last three years. Every item that I have bought has arrived in a timely fashion, well packaged and in good condition. The majority of items that I buy fall into the Prime category, which means free shipping. Amazon also makes it simple to return items should necessary.

I have been a loyal customer with Amazon for years. I have never had an issue. Products are received quickly and perform as stated. If you have an issue, it is resolved quickly and always fairly. They stand behind what they sell and do what is necessary if there are any issues. I can not say enough about their very high standards and customer service. A great company that many others could learn from.
I buy things from them all the time and love it. Everything comes quickly if Amazon itself ships it. Even when private owners ship it comes quickly. I have a sellers account which to me asks quite a bit of money for what I sell but it is okay.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
