This is the second time. On today I left my designated parking space to go to store and on my return an Amazon Prime truck was parked there I blew for him when he was going make delivery and he looked back and didn't care and proceeded with delivery. On his return which I had traffic backed up because he was in my parking space, the driver took his time and sat and didn't move,so I guess he was being defiant because I blew for him to move. On another occasion the same driver parked behind me and blocked me in and I told him I needed to get out he didn't move and proceeded to deliver package. Again took his time to move. The truck number is *******. I called customer service to complain he asked me for the last for of credit card to identify me and go to playstore to install app. What kind of foolishness is this! I asked him y he needed my credit card for a complaint, he said that's there procedure.

Amazon lately has gotten where they show next day delivery not to be true if you have pending orders they end up combining and changing delivery date. Disappointing

Hello, I am an Amazon customer for more than 9 years and 6 days ago an error happened with the Amazon system. I tried to charge you 9 times the same amount and my bank took that charge as fraud. Later I paid that amount and Amazon out of courage or I don't know why they blocked me so I can't order anything with them... what a shame on others

I wrote a previous review, on how frustrated I was with Amazon. I was about to leave for good.
Ironically I put in an Amazon order yesterday. The products I needed were out of stock in my main source and good old Amazon had them. Some how I'd managed to update my phone number and get it into my account. I conclude that one can experience aggravation with Amazon but like Old Faithful, it's there for you when you need it.

Ods from amazon!
Item worth $3500 (apple m2 max) was delivered with amazon prime for 10 days. At the time it arrived at the purchased address, I was not there anymore, thus returned to seller (amazon). Delivered with the proof of delivery on june 5, they still tell me that not received. Awful customer service, they better not exist at all! People be aware, amazon is stealing money!

The new irritating wait time for orders to be filled and shipped leaves me wondering if the $139 fee is worth it. Once again I've placed an order and now over a week later it still is sitting in the dreaded "Not yet shipped. We will email you with an estimated delivery date" que, and I made sure to only purchase from US seller hoping I wouldn't run into this problem again. Unfortunately I don't usually find items in Amazon's limited same-day or next-day shopping shopping merch.

You can find pretty much anything there and the price will be on the lower end.

If I could do no stars I would I shut my whole account down I paid $92 for an order I didn't receive just for Amazon to tell me they can't help me not give me my money back or give me an replacement item they had me going through usps and still they didn't try to help at all so $92 is gone out my pocket with no order to show for it they even said I signed for the item I'm still trying to see how if I never received it

Specifically ordered groceries to be delivered on my day off; picked one of the first windows of the day, between 10:00-12:00. They reached out at 3 to cancel the order. I don't have a car and rely on this for my groceries; I ordered more than 24 hours in advance. They shouldn't offer this service if they can't fulfill it.

Amazon Deliberate Deceptions

My Amazon Delivery was promised on 6/9. I never received notice of a possible delivery delay. I received follow up emails reassuring that it would arrive on 6/9. Amazon Tracking stated that it was left in my mailbox on 6/9, but
1) it would never have fit into a mailbox
2) we have a Doorman who records all deliveries and the package was NEVER delivered.

So this was not simply a case of an unexpected delay or lost delivery. This was deliberate deception. Someone intentionally scanned the tracking to register it had been delivered on, no coincidence, the very day it was promised. If I did not have a Doorman, I might well have thought it was lost, stolen or, as per one Amazon recommendation, have gone to pester neighbors they might have received it. Let's Amazon's responsibility of Delivery Service off the hook, but me on it, doesn't it?
In a phone call to Amazon, I was told the package had been delivered on 6/9. When I told the Amazon Rep we have a Doorman, she suddenly, miraculously discovered that it would be delivered by 6/12,3 days after my wife's birthday celebration. This means she had the true overdue Delivery Date in her system all along. Then, to excuse what looked like an organized deception, she said sometimes the Carrier scans the packages as delivered on their way to actually deliver it. Only the Carrier was never on his/her way to deliver on 6/9. This means
Amazon Delivery Service (DSP) knows that this shortcut and/or falsehood takes place and accepts the practice
DSP chose to falsely state that it had arrived exactly on the day promised even when it knew it wasn't to arrive for 3 more days,
They are all in on it, - the true Delivery Date was in their system and they only revealed it when I had the Doorman evidence.

That's what Amazon has become.

I wish I could leave them no stars I order from them on a regular basis, and more than that my package is always delayed and delivery days after its original expected day. This is not fair to me as I am a paying customer for Amazon prime, which also helps with mail delivery speed I pay for this service every month and I feel like I'm getting robbed because of the simple fact that my package is never get delivered on time.

It used to be great.

Amazon Fresh deliveries used to be great! Everything was packed consciously like the shopper actually cared. Not now! I got a delivery (6/10/23) where hot dog buns were packed in the same paper bag as heavy cans of beans. Of course the buns were smashed. Also, I've gotten orders where eggs were with canned items. They used to wrap the eggs in cardboard and rubberband them to ensure they weren't broken. Now that we're back to paying delivery charges plus tips, it's like children are packing the bags. I gave this review 2 stars because of the convenience of grocery delivery.

Disappointing

Amazon promises fast delivery but more often then not the deliveries and shipment is late. I have a high return rate because of either bad quality or the description is a flat out lie. Bezos needs to concentrate more on getting better quality products and fix their shipping issues. He seems like he doesn't care about Amazon anymore, he's more interested in cheating on his wife (ex-wife now) than a quality shopping site with fast reliant shipping. I'm going to stop using Amazon and just shop local again. Totally disappointed.

Never on time

I subscribe to amazon prime due to the benefits of a plethora of items I could order and the efficiency of home delivery. However...what I have been receiving is everything BUT that! I have ordered things only to have the delivery date and or time change moments before their expected arrival (stated delivery time). This causes me much inconvenience as I have been forced to go buy these items at a retail store due to them not arriving as expected (on time) and me needing them. The cost for this subscription is NOT worth it!

I purchased a item from Amazon and returned it and after waiting a few days for notification that Amazon has received the item I got no email. I was charged $180 for the item and Amazon reps said I had to wait 1 month however Amazon didn't wait but 1-2 days for taking my money off my card. On top of this issue I'm being charged for defective wall decals. So after all this I decided to deactivated my prime membership and wouldn't recommend Amazon to anyone.

Almost every other time I order, there are items missing from my original order. I don't get charged for them, but how about telling me you don't have the item anymore when I'm expecting it to be in my order. I always have to go back and look at what I ordered. I screenshot my orders now, so I can easily see what they left out...AGAIN. You think you have all your ingredients ordered & when it shows up, it's not there. NOT COOL. Then you have to run to the grocery store anyway to get what they took off your order WITHOUT telling you they did!
