I had called twice to track a package and when I asked for a manager both times I get hung up on today is june 20 2023
I will be deleting my account with Amazon as soon as my extended warranty expires on a purchase I made. I purchased a loveseat cover for my mother. She lives 5 hours away. She was not able to come in on Mother's Day, so I waited until we were able to go to her, which was not until June 8th due to a medical emergency. The cover didn't stay in place as the description indicates. I packed it up neatly in the original packaging. When I returned home on June 10th I attempted to return it and it would not allow me to. I tried to get with customer service but it said to try later. It said try later for at least 3 days. Today I finally found the phone number and spoke to an agent. It took 22 minutes and two agents to tell me it was past the June 8th deadline and they couldn't do anything for me. The agents were very nice. However offered no recourse. I would understand if I made a lot of returns in the past but I haven't.
Recently i have noticed and it has happened a couple of times. Amazon reput a charge on my account of items i returned and received a refund from 2 months prior and i had to call them a couple of times which it's hard to get someone.
My house was close to amazon fresh I always spent a lot of time to shop in Amazon fresh the product was crash that the reason I go there but cashier and customer service very mean nobody nice.
Why they don't train them to be apolite?
Unprofessional company that is turning into a wall mart! They lie about products and keep you from writing the truth about a product!
I had been a long time customer of Amazon Prime. I discontinued my membership about 4 months ago because very inconsistent shipping and policies to rectify the situation. I was given a 30 fay free trial to try it once again, which I did. I gave them a chance and ordered dog food for my puppy. It said it would be delivered by Friday/Saturday, as I ordered it on Tuesday. They charged my card which I only use a pre-paid card with them and only add enough to pay for the order in the event that what happened happens. They charged the card successfully on the date the order was placed, but it did not ship. They then attempted to make 3 more attempts at taking the same charged amount again all three times where of course, it was not available. When I contacted customer service, they could only say they had not charged my card where I was looking at the charge which was today on 6.18.2023 still pending and will not be removed until they finalize a charge they claim they never made. And the CS rep, had the audacity to tell me "don't worry, we are not trying to keep your money." I will not be using them at all. They have become CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT and it is unacceptable. Very few packages actually come overnight anymore, which was the main attraction for Prime in the beginning. All you get is a message stating your delivery is going to be delayed, if they even plan to send it.
I have given nothing but honest reviews to Amazon. They do not want honest reviews. They now have an AI that decides which reviews can be posted. I had excellent reviews and because I stood up to Amazon they blocked me from all reviews. They are selectively choosing which reviews they want to show or not. What happen to wanting honesty. I know as.a.shopper I want honest reviews so I know what to expect. This last year they have gotten horrible. I won't be purchasing from Amazon ever again! I cancelled my prime acct. They never have anything new to watch on prime any way. My suggestion is order from any place but Amazon and you are bound to get better customer service and be allowed to.write.reviews without a computer deciding if it will post or not.
For the last year+ I've experienced rotten produce that is also poorly packed. Amazon stopped using frozen food bags or even the cheaper frozen sleeves and as a result my items arrive completely thawed and at times unsafe to eat. I've brought this to their attention many times to no avail.
Amazon delivery employee's needs to drive a company vehicle and wear an Amazon uniform. A couple wearing everyday street clothes, and driving their personal vehicle delivered part of my recent order today. What has happened in this country? No one cares about professionalism anymore. Anything goes...SMH
This company is a joke they have companies sell on there web site and call them third party and will not back any damaged product. If you approve them to sell on your web site then you need to back it as if your company made it. All you sell is third party. Da! This company is like the Big Lots of the internet they sell the cheapest junk from China. They have made people lazy and shop at your local stores you will regret it later when they are gone.
So I got greedy and became part of the problem that is with Amazon. So many of us count on the POSITIVE consumer reviews to make an informed decision before they make their purchases, I know I count on them myself. For some time now I have noticed that things I have been buying are not matching the pos reviews left. I received a card in the mail that if I left a POS review for a particular item I'd recently purchased that I'd receive a $30 Amazon Gift Card, which I thought "what harm could it cause from my one positive review". The problem came when I left that pos review and then sent to the specified email address with the required screenshot of the review it bounced back stating the email address didn't even exist. Great way to sell items, cause many wouldn't pay attention and just leave their pos review, thus lying to Prime members that are trusting those reviews to make informed decisions before spending their hard earned money. Amazon should be "policing" their sellers and their customer reviews to stop this, but they are all about making profit thats it! I won't be part of the problem again and will pay closer attention to the reviews making sure to scroll down through them better. I like Amazon Prime as its super convenient, gets the order to me in 1-3 days, and is helping some many HONEST small business owners to make a living. Buying POSITIVE reviews is not HONEST!
These people never let me finish a movie. I rented this and started watching it immediately. Then I paused it to go to the restroom about 15 mins in and when I went to restart it I couldn't and was redirected to PAY for the rental AGAIN!
This isn't the first time this happens. I also bought an episode once and now I can't access it after watching it once. Horrible service for movie rentals and purchases…. STAY AWAY!
Oh and then they wouldn't let me post the review. How messed up is that?
Amazon driver left 8 boxes off porch and in rain and items were busted up and Amazon is not taking full responsibility! I have filed with BBB and may sue them.
... stop using fly-by-night vendors that sell crap products that are either always defective or garbage in the first place? Might be time to look elsewhere for products online!
I place an order with Amazon on December 2022 and they have been trying to charge me twice for the same item. I called them several times for the same issue. They are very unprofessional and abusive.
Available for online products to purchase and keep the products safe as well asplace order at home in small period of time
I've been a prime member for over 4 years. In April 2023 I purchased 3 items with my debit card. The items didn't fit properly and I requested and received a return label. After I sent the items back, I lost my debit card. I was told that Amazon would not be able to refund the money to my new debit card or my checking account (the new debit card was issued through the same checking account as the lost card). However, Amazon refused to issue an electronic refund. I was told that they would mail me a paper check in the amount of the refund. I've been waiting 8 weeks and still have not received my refund. Today I spoke to another representative named "David" and he assured me that the refund would be sent to my checking account! What? Really?…Then tonight I get another email saying they can only send a paper check refund! Needless to say I'm so sick & tired of this stupid run around I'm getting from Amazon for a $94.69 refund! They have their products back, but are refusing to give me my refund!
I have never had an issue with ordering from Amazon until today. I was at checkout and submitted pay and then Amazon sent a request to my husband's card on file to process payment. My husband gave me the code they sent while he was at work... I put in the code as requested and get denied so I was unable to purchase our items. I had to go through hours of nonsense to actually make our purchase on a card that has been on my Amazon account for years. Terrible... will be using eBay if this isn't fixed.
I physically took a return item (a digital art tablet) back through the Kohl's return desk. And just because I forgot to unlock my card for the refund process, amazon is making me wait 14 days to auto process another refund. They have NO way in their system to over ride it. Or maybe they do and just dont want to. Horrible. I dont order from them as much anymore.
It has been a long time since I ordered something from Amazon, so I decided to order some items much cheaper than going to a store. I got the update everything went through I even checked my account my payment went through, I check to track my items and there is nothing to track… hmmm so I call customer service to find out what's going on and they tell me it got canceled because my card declined! What!?!? Not true my payment went through it shows up in my bank statement and they're telling me I have to go to my bank. Somebody got my money and I don't have my items. Now I have to go through everything with my bank now, get a new card because I don't trust them because who's to say they can't hack my account. Never again will I go through Amazon! I will pay more to support local businesses I've never had to deal with this at a local business. Be very careful when ordering hopefully the next person doesn't have to deal with this.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
