This website stole $1000 from me. I placed an order, they debited the money, and then my account was blocked. As I didn't remember my account password, I couldn't log in and contact customer support. I tried to regain access to my account, but since my account was considered suspicious, this function was blocked. It turned out to be impossible to contact customer support without an account. They simply don't provide an email for alternative contact anywhere. The only phone number provided is answered by a robot which immediately hangs up. I contacted customer support five times from my girlfriend's account, after which the very intelligent support began to check my girlfriend's account instead of mine, even though I clearly indicated which account had the problem. In the end, my account was deleted and the goods were not delivered - they got stuck at customs, which I couldn't pay for as I didn't have access to my account. No one refunded my money.
I will be suing the company for wasting my time, causing emotional distress, and for the money lost.

My neighbors package where delivered to my home for the second time now in a years time. Once to many is enough for us. The guy that molested my son is a con artist who fooled us all thinking he's a nice guy when all he wanted was to be molesting my sons. It like being in prison when you can't move. Amazon has no immediate telephone number to call for package delivered to the wrong address. Either give the number for each hub so as to call them letting them know your driver needs to come get the packages and deliver to the correct home or increase the size of the address to a ridiculous size so they can see the difference between ******* is not *******. Then I have to call and be on the phone for an hour for then to take down the information that they delivered to the wrong house. Absolutely ridiculous. And the funny part they have to take a picture to show they delivered the package. Obviously the driver is blind and didn't pay attention to the address. Other give the customers a call in number for immediate pick up or increase the address number to a ridiculous size so they can clearly see the address
They charge customer's cards without permission Amazon membership. They need to shut down for ever. Then when u call it is hit or miss, you might get nice agent from England or a jerk from phillipen... Amazon is another bill gate
Not only are their prices no longer competitive, they don't pick up anything and now don't give credit back, as a PRIME MEMBER FOR A DECADE, until you contact them 10 BUSINESS DAYS after a rip-off seller don't refund the item. Amazon has them listed as prime. I pay prime. I got it long after promised. Date represented by Amazon before purchase is rarely met but AFTER you buy, the date changes to estimated. I have to drive 20 minutes each way to return everything in 2023 or pay a fortune. Amazon supervisors never make changes or credits represented and continue to let shade sellers represent their product on Amazon and give them "prime" seller recognition. They do not want to hear or care as I try to tell them they have a questionable seller. I'm still waiting for refund for more than $200 item based on false promises, lies and misrepresentations by Amazon and the seller.
So I have been an Amazaon customer prime for quite a few years they scam you in to subscribe and save but the delivery is so far out you can't wait So the swoop you in to buying at regular price. Why can I get that product for regular price NOW but if I subscribe and save it won't come until October? It's a total ripoff scheme

Bad bad experience with Amazon they took my money from my gift card form my account on Amazon account and they charged me $87.50 … they don't want to refund me saying it's not showing for them,,,, please be careful from Amazon because they getting from bad to the worst,,, don't trust them go delete your bank account before they took your money… badly customer service.
Several times over the years I've ordered various items but were very disappointed with quality if item not sold in stores.
I ordered canned dog food x4 packages. One of the packages was the wrong size and cheaper than what I ordered. I contacted Amazon. The item was non returnable. They offered me only a portion of what I paid as a refund. I threatened to stop doing business with them if they didn't refund me the correct amount. They refused to give me the correct refund. It's only an $8 difference but, it's the principle of the matter. I have bought hundreds of items through Amazon. I have officially decided to not ever do business with a thieving company again!

Amazon.com customer service DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I've spent the last hour and a half trying to get sales tax refunded on a non-taxable membership fee for Kindle. I spent way more on cellphone charges than what the sales tax is. I talked to a least 10 people, none of whom I could understand, before I finally found someone barely smart enough to understand what I was calling about. After multiple attempts to explain it. I hate having to call this rotten company! Get yourself a strong drink, and make sure your health insurance covers heart attacks and strokes, cause YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT. This is not a one-time occurrence! This has happened to me a least 25 to 30 times!
I ordered an item cancelled it an hour later they took the money from my bank and won't give it back: I've worked for Amazon in customer returns & the stuff they get back and resell is disgusting. If you receive something with a LPN on i, return it, This company is about money and only money. Disgusting, some of the pictures I took of clothing we received and had to resell would make you never want to order from them again: Everything about Amazon is sickening from the lousy customer service to the disgusting things they sell. I didn't find amazon a safe shopping site. I understand it's a recognised online shopping site and there are millions of buyers. But my experience with amazon shopping is not good. In one instance My money had been deducted from my account continuosly for several days and i had to block my card back on March 2023.
Hence it been sorted but it's been a long hassle to get my money back.
And again 21st of june 2023 the amount has been deducted unknowingly. And i haven't made any puchases and i am not a member to any kind of amazon, and the company has no clue why the payment has been made.
Now again I have to block my card.

Requested a refund, returned product, item received by Amazon 3 days later. One week after they received the product I still don't have a refund (requested it simply be in the form of an Amazon Gift Card). Was told it takes 2 weeks to process? What? You have the product but you need 2 weeks to refund my account. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I definitely will be changing my buying habits going forward.
Bought a Adams auto cleaning product on Amazon. I have Prime free shipping. Adams sends the product with a $6.99 shipping charge. Amazon BS pornning it off on to Adams as a complaint which it was to both and asking why? Adams says they charge shipping. Amazon explains nothing. So I said send the the product back to Amazon. Tried to and Amazon says non returnable. Sent a review on both of them and Amazon says we can't print that. Still no answer from Amazon on why. I will now never buy another Adams product for their $#*! remark. To Amazon for breach of contract and not able to get an answer why from those rip offs? I have had it with Amazon and their China garbage along with free prime shipping and some of their items seconds, garbage they can't sell. Adams for their treatment of customers and their own franchises who they put out of business with their business practices to screw the customer and their own franchises. Two Disgusting company.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
