Amazon Prime membership is worth every penny. Free streaming music, movies/TV shows, many items with free 2 day shipping. Being a Prime member got me free returns several times, when an item was incorrectly described, etc.

I always get the best deals by ordering the biggest box of diapers and ordering something small to get the free 2 day shipping. (Always worth it to order something and get something rather than pay the shipping fee and get nothing.) I have had to call customer service three times due to my error and they are always so amazing! You only have to push one number and then you get to speak to an actual person whom you can understand! One time I accidentally ordered the wrong diapers and thought I cancelled but I did not so both the correct and incorrect order shipped to my house and I opened the wrong pack so they let me keep the diapers and refunded my money. They always give you a coupon or credit of some sort so I feel it is always cheaper to go this route versus the store.
Amazon has made it very easy for me to order. With Prime my order comes very quicklywith free shipping. I have access to a vast variety of goods. They are often cheaper than I can get them other places. I especially appreciate that a portion goes to Arts Unity Movement, a non profit organization that I am a co-founder of. While it is difficult to find the phone number, there are actual human beings that will talk to a person should there be a need and they are quite helpful.
I am just amazed how much care amazon do for their customers. Fast delivery, friendly return policy.

Mainly because by using their credit I don't have to disclose credit card info over the internet, which has caused me grief more than once. They have practically everything you could want to buy and shipping is always speedy and here when I need it. Also they have a huge review database, which is important when making a buying decision.
Amazon is a amazing company. Their prices are higher but your product is guaranteed to be new or in perfect condition. Sellers are helpful and friendly and returns are a breeze. Ebay's got great prices but amazon is king on ordering retail quality product.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
