Never have a problem searching for what i need, great prices and awesome customer services.
You can buy any product in online!
Great collections and home were.
I use it all the time. Very good service and incredible return policy. Almost all items are priced as good as can be found anywhere.
I shop online with Amazon and I always receive speedy delivery and there is a good selection of merchandize
Many reviews on Amazon are traded for reviews. People get discounts on products or even get them for free to write reviews. In other words, the reviews are very hard to trust. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Use it long enough and you will find a ton of holes in the way they do business. Prices are not always the best. Sometimes Amazon Prime prices will be higher then non-Prime prices. They are good, but it is still very much buyer beware.
Amazon is the future of shopping and I am embracing it with both arms (or fingers on the keyboard to be technically correct).
I want you to thoroughly read my review before down voting it leaving a negative comment. No doubt Amazon is one of the finest online shopping stores. Flipkart and Amazon are two where most of the times I can blindly take their offers and buy their products. But sometimes you will come across the product details that are too good to be true. Especially when you are browsing through their Electronics section. For example Mobile Phones. You might see some cellphones with epic specification and at a very cheap price. Beware on Amazon many sellers tend to update wrong information(Not sure if they do it intentionally or they just copy paste information from some unreliable sources) I have seen it and I know sometimes if you don't do some research at your end you might end up getting a low-spec cellphone which was advertised with too many power components and features. Other than that Amazon is awesome. So be careful while you buy a cellphone and you must double check specification before you place your order to avoid disappointment.
I use Amazon a lot - the prices are usually great and sometimes exceptional.
But when it screws up it is a nightmare. I wrote an entire blog post about one experience.

Three months later I have never heard back from them.
So many times I have not been able to locate what I needed. There it was at Amazon! I also use the reviews to make decisions on products before I shop locally. I love being able to track my packages. Amazon plus is a bargain for me. I do not have cable but I do have a ROKU which has Amazon prime on it.
Used wrong address for my order and somebody got the package instead of me. Amazon simply covered the loss and made a refund so I could order again using correct address. Just amazing!
I love amazon. I have prime membership and is great. I love reading ths book reviews they are very helpful. I use honey add-on to see i am getting the best price.
Amazon Prime used to ship via UPS. When the switched to using USPS, they made a big mistake in meeting the needs of their customers. I purchase ALOT from Amazon. Their prices can be good (not always) but for me it saves time and it's convenient. Or at least it used to be. I live in a rural town in a heavily populated county. USPS delivers mail to mailboxes on the street, not door to door. Even with a large mailbox, packages don't fit. The 2 day shipping turns to 5 days because I have to travel to the Post Officeto pick up packages. It's an easy 20 minutes each way to pick up packages between 9-5:00 ( if there is no commute traffic to deal with.). That doesn't work when a person is employed. UPS delivers to my door, but not USPS. My Prime membership comes with other perks; such as free movie streaming. I can't use any of the other perks because of having Satelite Internet and data limits. I'll continue to use Amazon because of the size of their selections and and the ease of ordering. I hate that they use USPS and if there was a better alternative to Amazon, I'd take it.
They have always been wonderful to work with! Love Amazon!
Have saved at least 100 plus gallons of gas going to local merchants.
Love the company.
Great products, easy to use, magnificent customer service and easy, fair return policies.
Occassionally get a dud product and have to send it back so just watch the return policies. And the reviews on their site are very useful to have before you decide to buy.
Prime is so worth it. I order so much stuff from Amazon the free shipping pays for the prime account.
Ordered a birthday present from them a year and a half ago. Arrived on time, no complaints there. BUT... They apparently now follow me around everywhere I go, whether I want it or not. Have never downloaded an app, I block cookies, but they do it anyway... Earlier this year I wanted to research a small subculture in India, when suddenly a popup appeared from Amazon telling me they could sell me both a book and DVD about the group. I called, complained. They adamantly refused to tell me how to get rid of Amazon's installation, told me to call Apple. Once in a while, I accidentally touch something on the tablet's keyboard and a long, vertical popup appears in lavender print, entirely in alphas aand numerics except for one word at the top: Amazon. So firstly there is this violation of privacy and secondly, why would I pay more plus shipping for the same thing I can get from a brick and mortar mom and pop locally? I would never buy enough to want Prime, and they lost my patronage when I found out they spy on all my online activities. It was creepy. They charged more for that present than the local store, and charged more for shipping than if I did it myself. I can't even go there to see what merchants sell, and then go directly to that merchant, because Amazon tracks me everywhere, apparently. It was their stubborn refusal to tell me how to eject them from my tablet that concerns me. By the way... I just phoned Amazon to tell them that I am starting to warn people online about their invasion of privacy, and the first person that answered is a Filipino... I demanded to speak to an American that I could understand without a Creole accent. I think Amazon should be hiring Americans, there are plenty of jobless Americans who have families to support, but Amazon is on the cheap and doesn't care about their own country.
I've never had a bad experience with ordering from Amazon. Always on time, always what I ordered, and easy! Reviews are a must to check out quality of items.
Amazon offers great online shopping, however the prices are often a little bit high on apparel. Great and trustworthy place to buy electronics from. Just make sure you read the reviews on the sellers and the reviews on the product as well as the details.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
