I don't remember having an issue with amazon. Except few annoying stuff like delivered products are displayed on ordered list. But overall, great website.
Recent experience - i placed an order, but amazon didn't take out the money because the seller didn't ship the item. The seller was slow as hell, so I decided to cancel and cancellation process was very smooth.
I needed a printer cartridge and a couple of other stuff. I was able to order and get it delivered the same day -- without a HUGE surcharge for the convenience. Great!
I have a samsung J7 which i got in oct 2015 its lcd had a issue and when i asked for warentee they said they cant and informed to buy the lcd for 6600 when i was ready to do purchase samsung ameerpet service center took my phone on aug 12 th and with out informing me they canciled the ticket and the shop is clossed till now and phone is switched off. When i called toll free number of samsung they r the most irrresponsable pleple. I dnt get my peace back till now and info also. Think 100 times before you buy a samsung mobile.

Amazon is way ahead of the curve. Super easy to navigate site, provides great suggestions on what might interest you, a great resource on what to buy, and the site does all the work for you when you interact.

He strives to perfect Amazon and is forward looking to how he can expand the Amazon empire by either using what he has available ( a great database of info and customers) or reading the tea leaves.
Product available at amazon are of good quality and provides faster delivery. Return policy of products is also easy and fast.
I use Amazon all the time, it is my go to online shopping center. I have never been disappointed. There delivery Is always on time, the product is always as described. Prime is the best way to go if you shop a lot. Highly recommend.

I have 2 major problems with Amazon and those are:
1: I am an Amazon Prime member yet I pay 100$(basically) to be so while they do promotions for new people to join for half the rate. I believe Prime members should get a deal from that as well. We've been loyal to Amazon and it is unfair to charge newbies way less than we pay yearly. Maybe they could lower or give a small/whatever refund for those promotions to current Amazon Prime members.
2: Another Prime issue. I'm paying so much for Prime, but I can't watch my films in HD because they won't change their player. It's so annoying to watch shows in standard when you're paying for HD and I'm not going to switch to other browsers every time I want to watch a show that happens to be on Amazon.
3: (Not a MAJOR issue, but an issue none-the-less. Amazon seems to be very pricey and just to keep getting more and more so even for Prime members. Usually what's on Amazon, I can get MUCH cheaper on Ebay or some other site.
4: Please check the reviews people give for items and movies because some times they are NOT reviewing the item, but the seller. This totally ruins the review value. I can't trust the overall review because some idgit is saying "they sent the box to me bent"... that has ZERO to do with the product at hand. Someone really needs to get on that one.
Pluses and why it got a 4 star:
1: The free shipping is awesome. I love not having to deal with that.
2: The majority of the time their customer service is excellent... like the best. Only one time did I have to deal with a bad one and I just went to another one and they fixed my problem pronto.
3: It has a lot of Prime freebies that I love (but it could stand to make some more of it's movies and TV shows free for Prime Members).
4: It's pretty easy to navigate.
5: I bought a 6 cartridge litter box from members on the site two times and I was sent ONLY ONE two times... Amazon refunded me and let me keep the one that I did get instead of forcing me to go through the trouble of sending it back when it was a huge error on the side of the seller and the boxes are quite large. It would've been too much of a waste of my time. I paid over 70$ each time for 6 boxes.
I was in a pinch and needed diapers delivered overnight or ASAP and there was an overnight option so I ordered spending way more than I should have spent simply because I told myself it was over night so it was worth it it was a Saturday evening here it is Tuesday evening and now they're telling me that I should receive it by Wednesday at 9 p.m. when I paid extra for overnight delivery and I still haven't got it and I still need diapers for 3 kids because my other half is out of town and I'm in a pinch so if you're needing diapers delivered overnight please do not use diapers.com we are out of baby wash diapers wipes toilet paper been waiting and waiting and waiting we've taken so many showers today with shampoo it's unreal very unsatisfied customer will never use again for any reason ever
Absolutely, hands down the best customer service on the planet. If they make a mistake, they fix it. If a vendor is a problem, they fix it. If I have a question, they answer it. If there is a problem with a gift, they make it right.
Have always received great products at great prices with fast delivery.
Still needs an option to review stuff if you havent bought anything yet.

I hate that because I am not a "Prime" member they process my orders very slowly. Also some items are not available for me to purchase unless I am a Prime member. I also have a problem with some of the items I have bought have been shipped directly from China. They never tell you in advance that it will take two months to get your item because it is coming directly from China. If I knew ahead of time I would purchase somewhere else.
I've been using Amazon Prime for about 8 years and did not have much problem with it. However, with a recent event I have decided not to use the website any more no matter how convenient it is. I have a nephew with cerebral palsy and need a new wheelchair for school. I ordered the chair on 8/9 with Amazon Prime expecting it to arrived on 8/11. It's now 8/15 and the kid still did not received the wheelchair for his school. This is his first day in a brand new school. He was so disappointed. Apparently the chair was sent to its final destination which is somewhere in Ohio and I live in Florida. The shipping address was correct on the order form. This is so frustrated and the kid is devastating. When we called to asked why the chair was sent elsewhere, we were hung up twice. Finally, we had a chance to talk to the supervisor and the answer was: we will look into it. At the end, the kid will be without a wheelchair for another 3-4 days.
Classy dress. I think every lady wants a classy life. So if u want be classy. Wear classy dresses and look outstanding.

Amazon.com is a great website. They have (most) everything somebody needs. "Prime" pays for it self and returns are simple and quick. These are the reasons why Amazin.cim is my go-to website.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
