Amazon is my back up and or primary resource tool for price matching or getting items not available locally. Return policy is excellent. A favorite for sampling music and buying CDs.
No matter what I am buying my first choice is always Amazon. Even if someone beats their price by a few dollars, I will still choose them. They are a class act, with a responsive return system, and an effective tools to help you evaluate a purchase in advance. As a prime member, I get my amazon purchase before, I would have found the time to go to a local store. Occasionally you will have a re-seller who is not as customer oriented, so when you buy from one of their affiliates, you may not find this same 5 star performance.
Fast shipping and good prices, if there is a problem they actually try to help. Negative - their call centers are in mostly in the Philippines so it's hit or miss, but you can ask them to transfer you to the US.
I order frequently using Amazon Prime and the speed of fulfillment is impressive. Whatever I'm looking for they likely have and at a good price. Further anytime I've had an issue with fit or quality Amazon has addressed it to my complete satisfaction in a timely manner.
I shopped on amazon a couple of times and they offered 30 day free amazon prime. I did end up paying the package for the year price. By the way cheaper than netflix and alot more perks. Its kind of like an ebay but personal i like it better. I have ordered several things on the site. You do have to pay attention though if its shipped from amazon or by someone else. Even though prices might not be the same its still cheaper and guaranteed. I give 5 stars never had any problems at all. Good quality and everything.

I won't pay for Amazon Prime, so I guess that makes me a second class customer; three days after placing an order for "in stock" merchandise they have not pulled it; meanwhile another online supplier has already fulfilled my order, place at the same time as Amazon, while I wait for some sign of life from Slo-mo-zon. Too rich, too big.

Beware of 1-2 day shipping. Completely unreliable company. Two day shipping turned into a week. Unacceptable.
We all know they don`t sell garbage on here! Not once have I had any serious issues with them in the 8 years or so I have bought goods from them.

I am an Amazon Prime member and enjoy the free streaming online movies and mp3's. They often have both used and new books at reasonable prices. But they also have pretty much anything I want, furthermore I can usually get it cheaper that anywhere else I look. What can I say, I'm cheap and like to keep my money.
I buy anything from prime and it gets delivered within 2 days... what more can I ask for?

Have purchased from Amazon for years! Sometimes their prices are higher than others, but when that happens I will purchase that item from somewhere else. The only thing I do not care for is how often the prices do change. I recently purchased an item there and noticed a short time later that it had dropped by $20.00 That is a lot of money to me, and I feel like I got ripped off. Doesn't seem right to me...
