The only reason I don't give this site 5 stars is because some of the items are a little pricey (expensive) but they deliver pretty fast some times getting the package to you way before the delivery date

Have purchased from Amazon for years! Sometimes their prices are higher than others, but when that happens I will purchase that item from somewhere else. The only thing I do not care for is how often the prices do change. I recently purchased an item there and noticed a short time later that it had dropped by $20.00 That is a lot of money to me, and I feel like I got ripped off. Doesn't seem right to me...
Wonderful service, never had any issues, they are always willing (and able) to help the customer, most of the time I get items sooner then the due date and returns are easy. Highly recommend Amazon Prime!

Amazon used to be one of my favorite places to go online even though the Canadian Amazon is not the US Amazon and it doesn't have the same products nor the same prices but that was ok for the most part and then they changed. They've gone the route of trying to be another Ebay with 3rd party sellers who try to sell at 2,3 and more times the average retail prices. The schemers who go there are not reputable and may not even have the items they're trying to sell but that doesn't appear to bother Amazon. I have ordered some products from Amazon, never received a tracking number at least none that you could use. If you shop at Amazon, I would strongly recommend you avoid Amazon Market Place or suffer whatever burns comes with it. I really don't know what Amazon management was thinking but they have degraded their online shopping to a level I'd prefer to avoid. BestBuy, Staples and many others don't have nor need a Market Place with 3rd party sellers but then you don't need an RMA number to return anything either. Two stars Amazon and falling fast.
I have ordered many items from Amazon over the past several years with unparalleled success. The real success has been with the very few items that, for one reason or another, just didn't work out. The ease with how Amazon handled these few setbacks is commendable. My hat is off to everyone at Amazon who makes shopping with them fun and rewarding.
After several years and a wide variety of product purchases, I had only one slightly unfavorable experience and it was my fault. My only complaint is that like far too many American companies their call centers are sometimes located abroad and communicating with an employee with a severe accent can be difficult.
I purchase all my textbooks for university from Amazon! Prices are reasonable shipping costs are at a minimal and they also offer free shipping over a certain $ value... The textbooks are in new condition I personally have never had an issue. Highly recommend purchasing textbooks on Amazon.com!

I use Amazon almost every day. I have ordered everything from movies to food to furniture. I love the service and love my prime membership. The only complaint I would have is the pricing of items in the Amazon Fresh section. I wish they were a little better and the membership was not so high or I would definately use it.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
