Just awful

This whole this is a joke. I had originally set up a 2 step verification on my account because of false information I was given. I changed my phone number, notified them and after multiple times reaching out to technical support they still can't get the 2 step verification off my account. EVEN THOUGH I received an email saying it was removed. I called to cancel my account and they said they would not be able to refund me the credit on my account if I did. Are you kidding me!? This is their fault, I have done everything they asked me to. I just want my money back and to be able to move one. Also, THEIR technical staff told me to log out and now I can't get back in. Just awful!

Prime shipping

Used to be you got your things 2 days after you ordered. Free 2 day shipping NOW means you get 2 days after they decide to ship to you. Not really worth it. PLUS they use UPS, no matter how many times I've asked them to please use a different shipping method to ship to me, who is always having a "delay" after being out for delivery so I always get my package a day or 2 late anyways. I'd rather buy from eBay truth be told

It use to be you got your packages in 1 to two days. Now its 5 days or more - with many 'delivery exceptions'. Walmart is quicker. I am no longer sure its worth its price and looking at it.

Ridiculous prices

The annual membership for Prime is ridiculous. I refuse to pay it anymore just to get free shipping. How does Prime free shipping with that kind of annual fee make sense? I have moved so much of my business the past few years to Ebay, which has some better prices at times and lots of free shipping options. And delivery is surprisingly fast. I will still do "some" buying at Amazon, but only when I am able to accumulate $25 worth, which isn't that often. Also, I don't get as many PERKS with Amazon gift cards as I would with any others at my local grocery stores.

This company,so unreliable lately,my orders cancelled on me and money tied up in refunds,for three weeks.late products,2 day shipping turns into two weeks,then cancelled.I never have these issues shopping Walmart app

I've been a customer for years, and had a delivery that didn't show up, and it's a high ticket item of course. The website clearly states I can get a refund as of today, however they flat out refuse to do so for another week! The item has been deemed lost by the carrier, and yet Amazon insists it is still coming and to wait...I've been waiting already for 10 days! I tried to get thru to them several times, and nothing...I haven't been this angry at a company since having to deal with Bell! Absolutely ridiculous! This is what you get from big companies, they don't care at all about their customers, you are only a number and can be replaced!

Dear Amazon,
I am writing to you today to express my concern about the recent trend of selling products as new on Amazon when they are actually used and open. I have personally experienced this issue on several occasions, and I am sure that many other customers have as well.
In my most recent experience,I returns multiple items from Amazon. When I received my order package, were clearly used or open or broken. The packaging was open, and the product themselves were dirty and had scratches and broken on them. I was very disappointed, as I had expected to receive a brand new product if any other business would do that would be held responsible but amazon is above the law
They are aloud to do falls advertisements
I contacted Amazon customer service about this issue, and they were very helpful. They issued me a refund for the headphones, and they also told me that they would investigate the seller. However, I am concerned that this issue is not being taken seriously enough.

I believe that it is unfair to sell products as new when they are actually used. This is especially true when the products are sold at a premium price. Customers who purchase these products are expecting to receive a brand new product,
And they should not be misled.
I urge Amazon to take this issue seriously and to take steps to prevent it from happening in the future. I believe that Amazon should require sellers to provide clear and accurate information about the condition of their products. Additionally, Amazon should have a system in place to investigate complaints about sellers who are selling used products as new.
I appreciate your time and consideration. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and that you will take steps to address this issue.

I have had a membership for years, finances have changed though and I had to unsubscribe from prime video.

I went through the process on the website and was alerted that I would have access for the rest of the paid term.

This was months ago, I had only paid monthly, so I was surprised to see a prime video fee in my account just today.
Their help section on the website is just FAQ, no number emails or live chat provided.

They are just as bad as scammers wanting only your money.

This is my story and it's the truth I placed an order on June 17th got the delivery on the 19th and just to let everyone know I paid for the item $350 so I wasn't happy with what I ordered it wasn't worth the money so I placed a return so the next day the 20th I drop it off at a ups store so I could get my refund back in my Amazon gift card because it's faster getting your money back I mean that's what I thought the destination for the item to get to is Las Vegas today is July the 3rd it's been 14 days and I still haven't got my refund back how ridiculous is that and billion dollar company get your money out of your account right away when you order something but a normal person like me live and check my check making $19 an hour I got to wait all this time to get my money back does that make any sense and the funny thing is every time I call to ask where is my refund they always give me a different story and the main thing I tell them is okay you tell me what day should I receive my refund back and they have no clue they can't even give me an answer how stupidity is that they act like they care about their customers but really they don't give a s*** I didn't know that living here in California in Riverside takes 14 days to deliver a package to Las Vegas I never knew it took that long that's bs how about if I order something from them get the product and don't pay them after more than 14 days later I don't think they'll like that would they so is that fair for a customer to wait that long to get his money back

Have used Amazon on and off for several years not. For some reason the site and quality of delivery has gotten worse. Last time I placed an order, it was canceled by Amazon since the package was mishandled and it was undeliverable for this reason. I was charged for the item. Amazon refuses to issue a refund until they receive back the item which never made it to me, and an investigation has been completed within the company stating that it will be a minimum of two weeks to see what the options are at that time.
This is unlawful but they still do it cause they have no common sense. Stay away from this company.

When prime first launched it had 2 day delivery. This was worth it for me, now several years later it takes 3-5 days to even ship a product and everything they ship me is now shipped ground. Taking another 3-5 days. This is an absolute waste of money to continue to use. Walmart sells the same products in many cases and delivers quicker and often cheaper. I have had an amazon account for 20 years now; and prices are the least competitive they have ever been and the level of knock off crap they sell is just outrageous. Trying to sort reviews and finding early review of the product not even for the product is FRAUD, they do not do enough to resolve this.

Overall shopping with amazon and their prime membership is no longer worth it and honestly, we would probably be better off as a nation if they went bankrupt.

Amazon monitoring the reviews customers write is a load of crap. I have had so many honest reviews denied because my review doesn't follow their "community guidelines". The funny thing is they never give me a concrete reason why my review is not going to be published or what "community guideline" my review supposedly broke. The whole process is a joke and frankly a waste of my precious time and energy. I find it interesting how many reviews seem to be written by bots, yet those seem to be published all the time, even though they all say the exact same thing. I recently had two reviews denied, one was a 2 star and the other a 5 star. I wrote clear, concise honest reviews of each product but apparently neither one was able to be published. Amazon is basically censoring their customers and not allowing the truth to be told, whether good or bad, unless it meets their approval.

I recall when Amazon was a great company with the best customer service and now it's just a greedy corporation taking advantage of it's employees and it's customers. I hope to see it's downfall sooner, rather than later.

Lately have had defective items sent to me and when trying to return Amazon wants me to drive 45 miles to the closest UPS store or pay $7.99 for even small items. Walmart has no such rules.

I love online shopping and the ease that Amazon can provide. Unfortunately Amazon is not providing much anymore. With false descriptions, "unavailable in you region" prime videos, very late delivery dates. If you call to ask about a late delivery they will cancel your order without your permission or knowledge. Amazon doesn't stand by their own promises or guarantees and their customer service may as well not even exist. At least they make returning easy…

EVERY time I call the 1-800 line it's awful.
First You can't hear Them, and, if You can hear Them, You can't understand Them because They speak horrible English.
There is no way to speak to someone in America. I'm not going to say anything about the 1000's of jobs They are shipping overseas.

I bought such a great magnatic charger on Amazon! Purple is so beautiful and the back of the kickstand on this is sleek. 10,000 mAh high capacity - double the capacity of most magsafe charger on the market but not bulky, it is compact, slim and easy to carry.

Three orders, three of the exact same products, three different delivery dates, and now none of them are on time. After discovering the delivery date, I tried to cancel - two hours after I ordered. I was told I couldn't, and the order has already been processed to ship, despite not expected for an entire week later.

I placed an order for a black ink Brother. The item was never received. The chat person resolved the issued with a refund. I got a charge back yesterday for an item that was never shipped. Tried contacting them is a complete waste since they transfer the call to a department that will never pick up. Another order for Fiji water was placed on June 13,2023. The items are lost and were never received. We called one time to cancel and it was not. I called again to cancel and they refund me for only one box. Still waiting to get back for the other 3 boxes never received. This company is going down in the hill.
