Gotta admit, If you have a problem and you contact Amazon. They are very likely to fix your issue and send you a new product or a replacement. That kind of service brings me back again and again.

Love Amazon and shop there quite often. With Amazon prime, I get free 2-day shipping on most of my purchases. There items are almost always cheaper than the same item on other sites and I do compare everything!
My wife and I have been consistent Amazon customers for many years. Recently, a good friend of ours wrote and published a book, which was--and is--marketed on Amazon. We bought several copies from Amazon, gave some to friends, and each read our own copy. Then, we each posted a review on Amazon. Our reviews were favorable because the book is very well written, and a lot of fun. However, Amazon chose to delete both our reviews because they deemed them to be "too favorable." When my wife called them, they refused to reinstate the reviews, and were arrogant, condescending and borderline rude. Their attitude is unacceptable. We will be avoiding the site whenever possible from now on. I have made two purchases online since, but used Amazon only to identify original sellers, then I go directly to them, bypassing Amazon.
I've used Amazon for years now and I feel like their business gets better and better, even now with their Prime services. I have never had an issue with them. I buy stuff online and when I'm not satisfied, I return the merchandise without any issues. Some products are not as described when purchased, but I think that's out of their control. Like I mentioned before, mostly everything is returnable.
This site was once amazing, the best place to find all the deals. Recent changes have made it more expensive and they don't offer the variety of products that they used to. Prime shipping is the only reason I shop the site.

Amazon and USPS seems not to be sync and blame each other for the delay. If you are receiving your amazon orders then that good for you but be cautious for any time critical delivery at a new place.
My headline really says it all. If you shop on Amazon several times a year the $99/yearly subscription fee is actually what you'd probably pay in shipping fees. Amazon is my favorite place to shop and I promise you before joining Prime I paid more than $99 in shipping. Well worth it for that alone. When you also add the cloud storage and movie and music streaming services, although there isn't as big a selection as say, Netflix... well it is still well worth it. I mostly love the free shipping but the music and movies and cloud storage are nice bonuses. If you're a shopper you won't regret this purchase.

The wallet came nicely packed. It's really a good deal, since it comes with such a high quality but with only $99. This wallet on chain is so pretty and fashion, it can goes well with every style just like a pair of Stan Smith! I think it's an essential item for my daily outfit. I strongly recommend it.

First there was Jada a a lazy lazy non caring who wanted me to do all the leg work then she would perhaps be able to help me. Next came Linda an excellent Amazon employee who knows how to treat Amazon customers. She asked me for nothing, took the initiative to rectify the problem. Ordered me a new car cover. Spoke to me like I had a BRAIN. An example of an employee who goes the extra mile to assist the customer. KUDOS TO LINDA (Customer rep.) And KUDOS to Amazon for having the sense to hire Linda. Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
