I purchased something on Amazon that went down by $50 three weeks later... Amazon would not price match. If I had used my Visa or Mastercard... those companies would have price matched for me, but because I used Amazon's store card for payment and they won't do anything for me I've lost out. The item was too big to return... just food for thought when using their store credit card.
I do probably 90% of my shopping on Amazon. It is always my first stop for anything I need. I love the prices. I like that part of my purchase goes to my favorite charity. I like not having to go to a store - or several - to get what I need. I like the fast delivery rates and the subscription services for things I need regularly. My ONLY complaints, which is why it's only 4 stars instead of 5, are (1) they seriously waste a LOT of supplies packing small items in large boxes and not combining orders to a single address and (2) over the past two years, the rate of errors, non-delivery, and defective items has increased dramatically. I realize that it is due to the volume but, given that, I think they need to re-visit their return and replacement policies because its become very hard to get replacements and/or refunds when something goes wrong for most of the things I buy. Still the biggest bang for my buck online as far as I'm concerned.
They always helped with replacements, refunds, credits, etc. Most people don't realize some items on Amazon are NOT sold directly by Amazon. All items I've bought directly have gone without any major problems.
I buy a lot from here. Not too many disappointments. Ive never returned anything so that would be the true test.

I'm also a 10 year costumer and the costumer service has been terrible: TWO times. I lost so much time over the phone, and I felt like they don't want my business. They promised a delivery and they confirmed with an email, a day after they change the delivery date with another email. No apology, nothing! I want to take the time, because I feel I must express my dissatisfaction and frustration. I want to let other busy parents, above all single parents, don't trust this company. Terrible costumer service.
I've often bought opn Amazon, for its afforbadle prices and availability. Probably I could find every product I searched in other stores, but it's not always reliable in product descritions

The customer service department is excellent. If you can't find it, they will for you. They are available 24/7 by phone or de-mail, and rest assured, the products they carry are available for purchasing.
If you feel the price is too high, the service they offer is to try to find a lower price for you within the company.
The reviews are honest, and if you want to read all the pros and cons about anything they sell, it's there in black and white.

I am an Amazon Junkie. Most of the time i go there first. Its not always the cheapest but it seems if they say its available, it is. We just recently experienced the two hour shipping and delivery on an item we ordered with out expecting it for two days. Im excited to imagine the drone delivery happening.

Amazon has definitely long been a crown jewel of the Internet for those that have Amazon Prime. However, I am noticing that the value of that Prime membership is starting to degrade as I am finding more items that are being held back and their on-demand content for video and audio is actually disappearing. Overall, most of my support incidents have been handled rather well aside from one case of Amazon taking forever to resolve the issue since the provider of the product themselves were trying to operate a scam.

Looking for protective battery cases for my iphone and I believe I may have found it. Looking for it was easy as there were so many to chose from. I haven't used Amazon on many occasions but the times I have, it's always been pleasant and would find what I was looking for.
Everything was just excellent. Amazon is even the reason I got into SiteJabber in the first place. I just had to let out my excitement at how incredibly reliable and excellent their service is. The quality of the goods was better than I expected. They arrived in record time, actually earlier than I thought. Packaging was so wonderful. I'm just so elated... Wow! BRAVO Amazon... I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
