I always shop at amazon, I get free stuff from amazon and discount prices. I love they have prime that have two days shipping, unlimited music and so forth.
I love Amazon! Maybe a little too much. I do try to stick with orders that are actually fulfilled by Amazon and not 3rd party vendors for several reasons... Free shipping on Amazon products over a certain amount, easier returns if that is necessary, and you generally get your products faster. I just did a return today, and it went so smoothly and was stress free!
Use amazon all the time! Never had any problems, always received items on time, always been 100% i have ordered clothes electrical. Never had any problems and im sure if i did they would sort it out asap im sure!

I can always count on decisions of purchase that I make based on the information presented on the various sites of all the products they make available. If there is ever an issue with a seller his product, Amazon will back up the purchase to the buyers approval. I have never had a problem making sure a product or quality isn't up to my expectation. They make it right if need be! Fast shipping and there prime yearly offer is well worth it in savings and other perks.

I love Amazon. Since I despise shopping, this is a great option. Jeff Besos is a genius, of course. His idea for customer service relations is a business model every on-line seller should use: generally, no questions asked return. And the response time is within seconds of asking for a return phone call or email. The only thing I do not like is a part of the Amazon Prime program. I've found that when I use Prime to shop, the item is generally higher than if I bought it through another vendor. The trick may be their free 2-day shipping promise. Other vendors may take longer to ship, but the cost is often much less. For example, if you look for a book and it's $18 on Amazon with free shipping, you may be able to find the same one for $5 plus shipping of about $3. That could be a lot less expense for you. But the "free shipping" idea makes the buyer more likely to purchase it through Amazon. Plus the fact that you've paid your $$ up front for Prime services, would probably make a buyer use Amazon Prime services. It's a rather tricky marketing tool, but it works for them. It's sort of the "you pay me now or you pay me later" mentality.
Most purchase have been fine and gone smoothly. I have had several problems finding out the correct specs or differences in certain models of different items. Amazon often cannot answe the questions. Some items i have bought have had a defect or design fault but despite reporting this they still contiue to sell them. Despite this i have always received a prompt refund if needed. Occasionally ive had problems with cost of postage which were supposedly free delivery. Amazon say this is to do with being a market place or amazon product or the totall has to be over a certain amout. This could be made s lot clearer. The default setting should also be for free standard delivery and allow you to change to more urgent if required.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with diapers.com. I received diapers from my baby shower that were to small for my child so they said the only way to change the size is if I returned the diapers and they would credit an account. Fast forward to present day when I tried to place an actual order with this company (2 boxes of diapers and 3 boxes of wipes) and they told me I wasn't eligible for a promotion because I wasn't a first time customer. The only reason I wasn't considered a first time customer was because of their company policy. The associate that I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending, so bad to the point I told her to just cancel my order. I will never shop there again and will post on every site that i can how terrible and unwilling their customer service is. Maybe I got a bad apple but she was so unwilling to help, they're advertising a similar promo on their website and instead of trying to appease me with that when I requested for my order to be cancelled, she just replied that the charge is pending and my order was cancelled. Never again.
I love everything they have on there site i can find whatever i need from them there makeup are beautiful i always buy my makeup from them and i get promo code for free for there makeups.
I love my Amazon prime, it makes my life so much easier. The only thing I hate is when the price bounces around. It's such a bummer. Other than that, no beefs with Amazon. It's great, especially Amazon Prime.
Ordered a toy for my son for Christmas Gift. Still do not receive it now. Issue a complain, got my money back, but my son's Christmas was ruined. Although I bought another one for him as a make up. But this will not make up the disappointment in Christmas from a kid.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
