I check Amazon.com before I buy practically anything online because no matter what kind of deal I think I'm getting elsewhere, Amazon's prices usually beat it. I also use Amazon Warehouse Deals a lot and I have no clue why it doesn't have a 100% positive review on the Amazon sellers listings. I've almost never been anything but happy with my Warehouse purchases and on the one occasion I wasn't happy, they rectified it, no problem.

I have never ever had a bad experience using Amazon (and I've used them for 7+ years) and everyone will tell you that I recommend them all the time due to their honesty and fairness and the variety of goods available. Felt the same way before Prime and still do now that I'm in my second year of Prime.

AMAZON IS MY GO TO PLACE FOR ALMOST ALL RETAIL ITEMS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND THE RETURNS ARE EASY.
After being disgusted with an order for a car charger from Samsung Factory Outlet, I gathered the product information from their site, and looked at Amazon. Low and behold, the same charger was there, AND less expensive even after having to pay for 2 day shipping! If you order frequently from Amazon, you can always get a "Prime" membership for $99 which includes free two day shipping.
I'm amazed how fast you can get things from Amazon especially if your a "prime" customer (you pay about $100 per year and get free 2 day shipping on most items). It is not unusual for me to order an item that shows up the next day. Returns are just as easy, however, if you return something that 'you did not like' as apposed to does not work or was not what the description stated, they take the return cost out of your refund. When you request a return, they send you an email with a shipping form to print. I use Amazon a lot, but I also do a 'google' search for the product to be sure it is the best price. I find in most cases when you add the shipping from the other vendor Amazon comes out lower. And I keep in mind the easy return process.
Even if you don't buy anything, you can get a guess of what the value it is of what you want to sell. Amazon is secure with the use of Pay Pal and your money is safe. Lots of what you want is on Amazon. I have purchased many Nippon collectable plates and have been pleased with the results and the price compared to even sales at Thrift stores. It's the "real deal."
I purchase items from Amazon that are cheaper than going to my local store and purchasing and more convenient having it shipped to your door step! I have no had a bad experience. I've only had once instance where the item was not as described. Easy to make purchases and shipping is pretty quick. Love Amazon!

I have Amazon prime membership and it's very good value for money. My children like the films and even though the free ones aren't very currant, they enjoy watching them. The next day delivery is great. I've been let down 3 times in 2 years but they have given me compensation for this straight away.
We purchased Amazon prime four months ago, before moving up north in the mountains. We have purchased at least 40 items on Amazon using prime and have received most of them within two days. Even receiving them on Sundays! If there is a return, they make it very easy! I should have used prime long time ago!

It has its good points but in all honest the site is over populated with crap.
I just have to send out a positive review to Amazon and Amazon Prime. They don't always use the best same day shippers in my area, but that is obviously a lack of options. Every single time I have an issue - they instantly resolve my problem instantly! No questions asked, they promote the "customer is always right" attitude, and it is returned with my continued orders.

I have always had good experiences ordering through Amazon.com. The products are from reputable companies and the merchandise is always as described. I never have to worry about having a problem with an Amazon Vendor because Amazon stands behind everything that is sold on their web site. Yippee. Great Company!

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
