Really love the Amazon prime where it is able to ship in 2 days for just about anything. (or so.) They also have a very good support system with their live chat representatives! Love their product link ads and banners and etc.
I have been shopping regularly at Amazon for years. 99% of the time the order is received exactly as described. In the event there is a problem with either delivery or the product, Amazon responds with prompt customer service.
I would give them excellent with the exception of sometimes you just cant find the items your looking for there. They have so many good deals and items though.
I ordered ten jars of a Lipton's ice tea mixture that is difficult to find in local stores. The order was received quickly. When I opened the box, one jar had been broken and I found another jar that was partially unsealed under the lid. After refusing a store credit and volunteering to send the damaged items back, Soap.com refunded my money for the two damaged items without me returning them. I appreciated their trust in me even though I am fully aware that not everyone is honest. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company to others. I'm so glad I found a source for my iced tea mix and will order from them in the future.

Amazon really helps one to find almost anything you can think you might want. I find that I go to the site very often and find what I am looking for at a fair price. I like their "prime" service since it includes a large variety of things and their "prime" service means i will get what I want quickly. It sometimes is not as fast a promised, but those occasions are rare. Sometimes tracking a package takes a few extra steps because it starts with one carrier and ends up with the postal service in the end. Despite the rare mi$#*!s it is definitely worth stopping at first, and I often end up going no further. It is easy to use, and since it pays attention to my browsing history it often makes suggestions that are spot on.
Shop often. I don't have a car so deliveries to my door works best for me. Prime is super handy... ie free delivery, but then they charge you a flat fee after 30 days. It depends on how much shopping you do and if they items are shipped by amazon or not.

I ordered a product, paid for it and did not got delivered. When I asked for replacement or refund. Amazon did nothing about it.
You get what you pay for and this site now seems to have an influx of products from over seas. In regards to clothing this is an issue becasue the price they have listed for most of this is really high but the quality from most of these places is very poor. Amazon would be better if they got their standards back. I'm all for cheap options but be honest and label them as such.
I have been buying from amazon for 10 years. I have had amazing success. I average 50 transaction a year in all those transaction I only had one bad experience and it was with a second party seller out of California that after complaining to amazon lost their account. The newer china vendors have been great to work with and amazon is always safe

The shipping can be crazy fast! I bought some items on a Thursday evening at 5pm, and had it the next morning for $5 CAD shipping cost. (Although this only applies to items that they guarantee fast shipping before you buy... some things will state in advance that they take longer)
I ordered here a Kindle and a few hardcover books. Always fast and clear delivery with the exact product quality as it is announced.
I have never had a bad experience on Amazon and probably never will. To hell with knocking on anything and i've never been paid for a review or ever will be. Amazon just has their s*&^ together and if there ever is a problem, they will fix it. Period and done. They are a powerhouse but that is an excellent thing for a shopper. It means you will get the best pricing and better yet, they can insure themselves. That's why you never have to worry about a single thing. If something were to go wrong they will take care of it and make you happy again. And thats that. If you frequently shop online like i do, that is a very beautiful thing. Thank you amazon.
I am always able to find what I'm looking for on Amazon. They are a great site for anything you need to purchase, usually at a better deal.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
