I ordered a phone case from Amazon. I am a prime member and specifically ordered it to have it today because I have a new phone that's $1500 with no case or anything. I was told i would have it today. Now it didn't show up and I was just told it won't for a few days. I'm sorry but that's not okay and especially as a prime member I contacted them upset and was told they were gunna give me a credit and guess what I didn't get the credit. I have had many issues with them recently. From being charged for wrong things to not getting orders on time. When u have a prime membership and pay for things its crazy that they still screw u over. Shop elsewhere! Don't buy through Amazon go to eBay or somewhere else

Wrong Address Again

My account was locked, saying I owed for three separate items from over a year ago. My account was locked so I couldn't even look into it at Amazon end. I can't call because it says my account is under review. You can only call Amazon from your account being logged in. So, I can't call ti discuss it, and thwy are taking days to review my disputed charges. They should let you talk to a person! It also locked me out if my fireatixk, something we buy outright and own! So my tv doesn't work! So while I wait this bogus crap, I also don't have access to my TV! They shouldn't be allowed to sell a device that you BUy but can only use if you have an active account. The firestick has nothing to do with disputed charges.
So twofold: suddenly bought requesting repayment for 3 itmes already paid, and locking me out if firestick and my tv. Bad business Amazon! I've been a customer for over 20 years. Terrible treatment! And being able to call and discuss it is a must! Commkn courtesy!

Amazon is a Scam

Amazon sucks, not only do they scam you out of your money with your prime membership payment and still boost prices they also block you from leaving real truthful reviews about products I have millions of views on my reviews and opinions yet they blocked me from telling the truth and I'm not allowed to post how I feel about what I ordered or the fact that none of my orders ever come on time

Hello,
Some unauthorized charges showed up on my bank account. I phoned there fraud department only to be given the run around.
I phoned my bank and there taking care of it.
Worst customer service ever

Thanks for the gift card because I'm a senior and live on low fixed income and every little bit helps. I was able to take advantage of a 30 day free delivery trial on Amazon Prime which saved me the shipping cost of the products I ordered.

A horrible company.

Save your money! Don't purchase products on Amazon! At least 1/3 of all my orders are delayed in shipping. When you finally get your items, they are usually defective or a resold open box item. Then when you return items, they refund you just to bill you for the item again in a few months. It's just a company of thieves! Buy products directly from manufacturers or authorized dealers! Stop wasting time and money with Amazon!

Delivered to my neighbors house again!

Let me just start off by saying that if there was a way to give negative stars I would have definitely chosen that option over the 1 star. Almost every time I order from Amazon their drivers deliver my packages to my neighbors house because they don't bother to check the address on the houses. My address, which is in plain view, has large black numbers on my cream colored house. I know these are Amazon drivers because I aways check my orders to see who it's shipped through. FedEx never has a problem delivering my Chewy orders to my house but apparently Amazon drivers don't care. I've had packages with electronics sitting out in the rain at my neighbors house. I would have never written a bad review because mistakes happen but this is now beyond a mistake and has become pure carelessness on their part. I am definitely going to start buying what I need elsewhere. I hope this review helps someone make the choiceto find other options before choosing Amazon.

Reason why i reviewed it this way was because amazon stole from me. 1. because when i ordered a countryball it never came, none of my packages came. And at that point i didnt give a f about amazon anymore, and i will be sueing you hundred of thousands of dollars because you scammed me you corrupt piece of junk. The onlys trusted companies im using are FedEx, ebay, and United Parcel Service (UPS). I don't recommend you guys using corrupt companies related to Amazon or AMAZON itself. END OF CONVERSATION.

Driver wouldn't leave the package without a code. Opened the garage door and greeted the driver. The driver never said what the code was for. Buy local. They no longer care about the customer.

When you place an order for a 'new' item, you should receive the item as new. This was not the case for us when we purchased a Schwinn exercise bicycle. To make matters worse they would not allow us to leave a review for others.

As you can see the box (originating from China) had a few battle wounds before it made it to us. We were concerned about internal injuries. Amazon really didnt seem to care. "send it back." they said. And even though we sent it back, they did not refund our money until it was convenient. Which is sorta weird because they took the cash before the product arrived, so why cant they return the cash if they have proof it left our property and was in the hands of the shipper?

Amazon states thet their customers are covered under A-Z claim for guaranteed refund if the seller is a third-party
It is not true! Amazon customer service was very bad, had to call 10 times, was hung up on, and did not get my refund. The seller provided me with a return label that requires POSTAGE and the shipping costs more than the item worths! I'm not doing this! Very disappointed!

I'm going to write a quick summary about how it has changed in the last five years with Amazon. Within the last five years I have noticed Amazon has not taken care of the customers like they used to. For example, I used to spend 10k and even sometimes more. The reason Amazon showed that they cared about their customers whatever date was showing on that other end is what date you got your package and if not, they would accommodate you. I never had to worry about my packages, not showing up or the date changing three times before arrives. Also back in the day when you had a problem it was dealt with with a quick response nowadays I think I'm on my seventh or eighth complaint about the same thing they have not offered me anything for compensation nor have they even get back with me on the situation they say the same thing I will leave notes about your problem, but it don't even matter because I know it's not get it taken care of. I've had one of their drivers set a package on one of my windows of my vehicle in the freezing cold and cracked my window. I called and tried to get it fixed. They told me that they would take care of it and we are on eight months later, and I still have a busted window, but I do not complain about that and how convenient they don't show records and if you get somebody to admit it, they say your past a certain amount of time before they pay you and I say I know I call every week about the same situation until six months goes by and it's a waste of time. I really have nothing bad to say about Amazon back in the day. I don't know if it has new ownership, new management or they're going a different direction but I do not buy Amazon products anymore unless I have to I rather drive or find another place. The drivers nowadays have no integrity no market package attempt for delivery when I'm standing in front of the door with all the doors open watching him pass by or they said across the street at a store and never come over and Mark attempt I have wrote a email to the owner of the company And I still have not heard back from no one. I think I have a total of six emails out in the last five years and neither one has been answered. Or if you ever do read this and you are someone at Amazon, they can take care of business I would like to make a suggestion. When a company is spending $10-$20,000 a month with you can you please not leave that company very last on your route because at 10 PM most companies ain't open and if you pass it 12 times during the day before 10 o'clock at night can you please deliver the package sometimes I might have a chance to get the job done. And also, can you please update your system to show the accurate date products are really going to arrive because here lately it's 1 to 2 days difference, and the time it says, and it really is hard to set my schedule for my jobs.

For years I had a charge on my checking account for Amazon prime but never received the benefits of free or reduced shipping and, in fact, it never showed up as an Amazon Prime purchase at all until I finally by chance, had the card I was using on Amazon replaced with a newer card and they no longer had authorization to charge it and contacted me. It was coming up as a 3rd party charge with no phone #. Once I found out, I canceled Prime and they returned my last month payment. I still receive e-mails saying, " they tried to charge my account but the card I used was no longer active". I know, I cancelled it and will never get it again. It wasn't until I cancelled it that the charges showed up as Amazon Prime. I even asked my bank to look into it and they said" With only a 3rd party charge and no phone # there was nothing they could do.

Ms in wrong address, they require nonsense passwords for deliVery, they deliver damaged packages, like a book I've ordered was wet and was ripped… it's becoming a real pain to shop with Amazon.
