Refund my 264$ still waiting almost 8days over now. Already i sent UPS 8days before amazon received my item within oneday. Still in my cart Your refund will be processed when we receive your item. They are not thinking customer what they said. If anything ask question customer, suddendly disconnected calls.
Amazon.com is great for researching products, and selections of products. I really like checking other customers reviews about quality, and fitting by brands, and items. So you know if you need to order a bigger size, or smaller size. The customers service Representatives are always a big help, with refunds, getting damaged packages, missing orders help. The delivery people are sometimes, great, and sometimes bad. Mostly great, a few bad.
Packages are not being delivered on time or at all……shop with your local merchant and get your merchandise, After waiting to weeks for a four day delivery that never came, I bought the presents I had ordered from our local store. I still haven't received my refund from Amazon. Something has happened to a company that used to deliver…..
So now amazon has been really lame lately,with they're customer service and packages I've been receiving have been really late not sure if that's they're fault or usps but it was fun waiting for packages now its a bit of a headache.
I used them for many many years now, for nearly all products you can think of and I couldn't be happier. Best payment security in the industry, best delivery in the industry. It is a magical place where can you get everything you want and I hope they stay this way for a long time.
Used to be no problem, and they included dry ice and refrigerated envelope things w the food. Now, the ice cream arrives as liquid. The half and half? Opened it to see a *solid block of rotten curdled milk*! Everything is inedible that was in there that needs any refrigeration. Idk if it's safe to even eat anymore! Eggs and meat etc... If they can't afford to $#*!ing refrigerate food, then don't provide a grocery delivery service! It's not working! I'm disgusted. Congrats on reducing your plastics use and energy use or whatever, Amazon. I was so looking forward to these groceries and my plans for cooking, and now am in tears. They won't offer a refund bc my last delivery had the same problem and, woah, I asked for $40 of it refunded. Silly me! Never again!
Convenience of shopping online with very reasonable prices and outstanding delivery of purchased items. Tremendous customer support with very courteous and professional staff. I only wish I had bought stock in the company when I first became a prime member and realized they were an outstanding company.
Be careful buying anything cpu or anything expensive off Amazon. I ordered 9 7950x3d off Amazon and got a kids book. Contacted agent and he instructed me to return and reorder again which I did and got another book. Contacted them and they ordered me a the cpu this time and told me to return the second book. Third order came in as the cpu but still haven't received my refund for the first order and just received a email about returning the second cpu or I'll be charged full price. I wish I would of just ordered from best buy. Smh. Just received another email about suspicious activity on my account and I had to submit a photo id. Luckily I have home cameras and captured everything on video if I eventually have to take them to court.
Next day delivery and access to Amazon prime TV, brilliant and Amazon is the perfect place to find anything, there is everything you could ever want
After you pay the shipping, your order will tell ypu it will come at least one day later than promised. Even if you pay for faster shipping. The product may appear shipped and moving, but Amazon falsifies shipping info so you think the package is on the way. Frauds!
Who doesn't love Amazon. I shop amazon and other merchants for same product but Amazon has stolen my heart now wins almost every time. I can order today and it is here tomorrow. No shipping charge most of the time. If product is not what i expected or no longer needed there is no problem returning with no return fee and money is refunded with out delay.
Taking a break from them. I had so many pics (now deleted) of messed-up items. It's been 8 months since I've ordered from Amazon Fresh and I was ordering like 2-3X's/month since Summer of 2020. When they are good they are really good but when it's Bad they are REALLY, REALLY BAD. I can't tell you how much Bad Produce, Bad Meat, Melted Stuff, Missing Stuff, Smashed Breads, Crushed Eggs, Dented Cans, etc. I've gotten over the years. Each time I call or go to the site for a refund because who has $ to waste esp these days? Once, I actually got my ENTIRE ORDER REFUNDED ALMOST $300 worth of Food because almost everything was damaged via their driver's lack of care AND the order was over 2hrs late AND MISSING 10+ ITEMS. There have definitely been more MISSES than hits. Also, prices can be VERY EXPENSIVE based upon what time of the Month you are ordering and other factors. Most of us who use these types of services either do not drive or have a car OR for health or other reasons need to have groceries & other items delivered instead of us actually shopping for them in-store. And we are all different ages; its not just the elderly; a lot of@ home Moms or just people working from home also use these grocery delivery services. So many of us Depend on this. Another issue I have which kind of turned me off from AF is 1 of my aunts uses this service and gets SSI + on SNAP. They used to deliver for free $35 for SNAP now it is $150. Most people esp if they live alone or just another person won't always need $150+ in grocery items. So, if your order is below the threshold you pay a delivery FEE (which ain't cheap)...and of course we need to Tip our Drivers because it's just the right thing to do if you have the $ to do so. I actually have been doing Walmart and a friend temporarily staying with me has been driving to pick up the items for free. But everybody can't do this. I know things are higher now but the service is now just too expensive price-wise + delivery fees if not $150+ especially when a lot of times you don't get your items in the right condition or much of to most of the order could be a HOT MESS.

I have order several items the past 2 weeks and they never arrive on time. The fulfillment center is 90 miles from my house and all customer service can tell you that it's delayed in transit. Amazon tracking says the items left the fulfillment center and is delayed in transit. Why does it take them 2 to 3 days to travel 90 miles.
I got an item back in April, returned it to UPS. Apparently, UPS did not return the item and I got recharged again for the item. I have called 8 times now to get a refund for this product and they only put in a ticket or say someone will reach back out. It's so frustrating and I'm just getting the run around at this point. If you have the feeling you might need to return an item, RUN. Amazon is such a big company and customer service is TERRIBLE!
I talked to 17 customer techs both on their chat and phone and escalated issue many times. Not until i got the owner of product and my bank involved did they finally respond with we got your return item we will get your refund to you in 30 days. Ordered product Aug 8 returned it and they recieved it Aug 16...return from them is Sept 20 inexceptable service. Done with amazon
Dont know where to find the customer or help service. Even the start chatting is automatic response. Then I contact through the email this *******@amazon.com I got reply from *******@bounces.amazon.com and give me the whole help section. But i takes me time and still which contact us where able to give you answer. I have been a customer for 17 years of Amazon this is far worst.
Amazon prime has drastically changed since I joined several year ago. The orders are late or do not arrive at all. Customer service does not understand simple requests and return refunds can take up to two weeks to credit. I am unsubscribing.

Lied to and I'm owed $25 for a S&H charge that I was guaranteed to be refunded by several agents before and after my purchase. Have spoken to over a dozen agents over the past two weeks with no solution. Very inconsiderate customer service. I'm considering it a loss at this point. This is the 2nd issue I've had with them recently. Unsubscribed from Prime. It's a shame their customer service cannot provide solutions for Prime members.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
