Amazon started off great then they blew it. Slow shipping. Some times it's a week before they even ship the products to you. Amazon should fire whomever handles that end of their business.
Nothing can really beat 2 day delivery and good price. I can find almost anything I need and it never gets that difficult to find a specific product I need. I love all the exclusive shows that they have.
Their selection and prices are pretty good. They just don't have the buyer protection that Ebay gives you.
Amazon used to be my preferred online place to make purchases. I used to make 3 to 5 minimum or larger purchases every month. Now I'm running into a lot of no shipping to AK or HI, or only if one has a Prime account. I have no interest in the "extras" that come with purchasing a Prime account. Then, what good is 2 day shipping is it doesn't get shipped in less than 1 to 2 weeks? They say it is in stock, and will continue to say it is in stock up until they actually ship it. But, it still takes 1 to 2 weeks for it to leave the warehouse.
I used to prefer Amazon much more than eBay. I just placed my order on eBay after spending about an hour trying to find it available and shipable with no success on Amazon.
Love love Amazon, easy to return items, no shipping fees and fast delivery, what's there not to like!
Gotta use Amazon these days as they do set the standard for fast delivery time. THAT IS IF YOU HAVE A GOOD LOCAL DRIVER.
So many temporary or sh1tty drivers who can't give a rats $#*! if they deliver your parcel next day or not.
Good prices when shopping around and okay returns policy. Tho do check some independent retailers dont follow amazon's strict returns procedure.
They are reliable helpful fast and convenient to deal with love them I buy from them a lot and I highly recommend any one use them when looking for any thing you will love the prices and thy do back what they sell.
What can I say but everything I have purchased through Amazon has been amazing from toner for my printer to fidget spinners for my grandson. Always say what they will do as far as shipping and the product specified is always correct.
Would recommend to everyone needing just about anything.
Amazon has a great verity of products. You can find just about anything you want in just about any category you want. Their program "Prime" is a great deal. I saved the cost of the program in the first purchase that I made. Well worth signing up for the program attached to Amazon.
I have purchased many items on Amazon and usually get what I ordered and its delivered fast. On the very few occasions when there has been a problem, Amazon takes care of it to my satisfaction. I think they do a great job running their business.
Amazon advertised bike shorts for $33 - a great deal. I went to their site, selected my size and BOOM - the price went to $69. They only offered the $33 on small pants, same manufacturer same product. Apparently, Amazon thinks you are stupid enough to believe there is a 100% price difference between small and large. Nope. I avoid buying from Amazon because they ship products you did not order and they let my kids run up charges on Kindles we had to dispute and they have crappy deceptive pricing.
Amazon is the best; especially if you are a Prime member. Two day shipping at no additional cost if you are in the Prime program, plus music and streaming video. If Amazon is the seller, returning an item is easy. Their prices can fluctuate quite a bit, so if you see an item that looks like a great deal, it's best to pounce on it pretty darn quick. I also use the Subscribe and Save program for items I use regularly, again you have to watch the prices, because you can't assume that the price is locked in at the price you got when you first ordered it. I've done Amazon Pantry, but quit that. The UPS guy comes to my house a lot and I felt sorry for him having to lug those huge, heavy boxes that Pantry stuff is shipped in. I did like the program, just not enough to give the guy who likes my big, bouncy dog a hernia. I also love Kindle books and the Audible program.
Easy to use website that has little to no problems. Things have always arrived on time and in the condition promised. They offer decent online prices and good service. No complaints.
Whenever want something visit amazon.com and it is my pleasure tha ti am getting the opportunity to write something about amazon and i will suggest everyone to buy products from amazon they provide good services but only one thing the delivery was very late certain times it extent to 7 days
There's a reason why they're the best. Using Amazon has been nothing but a positive experience every time I want to buy something, even for stuff that I didn't know existed, found just by entering a few keywords in the Search bar.
Amazon is definatelly on of the best. I have never had an issue with them. I'm a prime user and almost addicted to them. I rent textbooks, use amazon smile, fresh, pantry, I love add on items. Fast delivery, fast return.
Long story short, I told them not to contact me. They persistently contacted me. They solicited me with prime during a checkout. I declined. Next thing I know, I received an email welcoming me to prime which I never joined. I immediately, within minutes emailed them to stop all orders associated with prime and to remove prime from my account as though it never existed. They kept insisting I joined, I kept saying I never joined. Stop emailing me. Next I received a product ordered with prime even though I told them to cancel any order associated with prime. From here it became nasty. They are idiots. Amazon needs competition. I fired them.
To resolve it, remove any existence of prime to my account. It never existed. Remove all enticements of prime so I can never select prime. Remove any and all one button buy opportunities. Don't communicate to me unless I initiate the communication and then stop if I tell you the first time.
You know who I am Amazon.com. Don't contact me unless you agree with the above.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
