I am a long time customer of amazon. The customer service has gone downhill fast. They charged me $99 for a prime account that I did not order. I still don't have my money back. I have deleted the app and will never shop amazon again. #rude & dishonest co.

Never had a problem with amazon and once my husband had a problem with a delivery, he got a full refund and a promotional discount!

They never deliver on time, the customer service is useless.
This 3rd time they have not deliver my package on time.

Call the customer service two time from yesterday package is still not received.
Delivery person disconnected the call no answer from him too.
Service assurance is of no use.

They stand behind their products and when you have a problem and call their Customer Service department they truly try to help and resolve your problem. So go shop on Amazon! It has been a wonderful experience for me shopping there.

You can find almost anything on Amazon. Just be sure to read the description thoroughly and the return policy, although I have NEVER had a problem returning anything, I have been in a position where I did not read the description very well and purchased something I could not use (my own fault).

I used to buy used copies of books that my kids wanted to read so that I could save $$. I had a little problem with people who would lie about the condition, like a copy of one of the Harry Potter books that was described as Like New.
When I got it, they had put the original dust jacket back on the book but the book itself had considerable water damage!

Ordered an arcade fire cd yesterday and it arrived today! Have been stung by the amazon prime fee's in the past though, so not 5 stars unfortunately

HassleI will take Amazon over EBay every day of the week. My experience with EBay is negative, I in fact closed my account there along with Pay Pal. I have nothing but problems in returning to EBay and no problems at Amazon. I now exclusively shop Amazon.

Amazon has always been prompt with all my orders, placed domestically with and without prime. If I've ever had any issues with a product any representative I've talked or chatted(emailed) with has always been able to resolve my issue without any hesitation. I absolutely adore this company!
