Ordered a few grocery items. They marked the items as delivered but I NEVER got my order! Photo proof of delivery should be MANDATORY for ALL deliveries. This isn't the first time, but it will be the last time I use Amazon Fresh. Completely pathetic
They are now making you pay for returns! The customer service is useless, they are false advertisement, amazon is not what it was no more!
I use them to buy everything I can. From clothing to pc parts. Everything on Amazon seems so affordable and with prime you get super fast delivery.
I'm not choosing Amazon Day delivery until rewards come back to me for choosing it.

I got an email from my bank about a $175 Amazon gift card purchase on a Monday while I was at work. I check the Amazon account and three purchases of $175 each for three apple gift cards were going through. I called Amazon and the employee was able to cancel 2 of 3 cards but could not cancel the last one because the transaction had already gone through and the money had been taken out of my account. He transferred me to the fraud center and they told me my refund would be there in a week. A week goes by and nothing so I call again. The transaction was never entered into their system, had to file a fraud claim all over and wait another week. The second week goes by and no refund so I call again and no record of it. This time the Amazon employees were rude and nasty af. They tried to argue with me and claimed I purchased the gift card and it wasn't their fault that I changed my mind. I went through seven (7) employees before I found someone who found a record of the fraud claim. One MONTH goes by and I get an email from Amazon saying there was fraud in my account, but I needed to go through my bank because my card must have been hacked and not my Amazon account. They took no financial responsibility. Two more months go by and my bank refunds me.
Amazon claims you get a variety of "benefits" as a prime member...I decided to look into these so called benefits. What do you actually get as far as Audible? NOTHING without a $15/month membership. Same with gaming and music...and ANY DECENT movies are extra as well. So what DOES THE $139/year get you? Free shipping on orders of $25 or more...and 2 day shipping. REALLY? I called and spoke to 3 different customer service reps asking them to tell me all the perks...How can they be perks if you have to pay extra for them? I immediately canceled prime. Absolutely lacking in transparency in this regard...and $15/month is not worth it if you don't order all that much. (Which I dont) My biggest beef is the lies about the benefits. No benefits at all. Just lies.
Amazon has continued to increase the cost of membership yet continues to fall short with deliveries. They no longer can be relied upon as they continue to use bait and switch delivery tactics!
When you specifically order something you ran out of and it says it will be delivered next day and you order it, then after it is paid for and processed delivery is now 4 days AFTER the next day delivery as ordered.
This is NOT a one time occurrence and seems to now be the standard operating procedure for Amazon.
Jeff Bezos and Amazon have never been the most ethical of companies to begin with! Building a platform to get sellers products to consumers quickly at good prices was the platform.
GREED took over and as soon as sellers created markets with repeat purchases, Amazon chose to screw the very sellers that made them who they are by competing with them by selling their own products in direct competition, lower prices and strategic placement in searches.
I used to buy so much more on Amazon, at least 2 deliveries a week, now I am down to 1 or 2 deliveries a month.
I will pay a little more NOT to do business with Amazon and look to it more as a convenience than a go to like I used to.
Very disgusted with their lack of ethics.
This is the new the norm for Amazon. Same day delivery. Place your order and they switch the delivery date.
The quality of the customer service has deteriorated. The representatives are heartless and utterly unprofessional. What happened to Amazon.com???? They take your money, and do not care about the service provided. It was NOT always that way. The service has taken a turn for the worse over the past couple of years. I suggest you purchase from Walmart, Target, Ebay, etc any place but this ripoff.
Most shopping has become better online but I hate that I have to go to different sites to find the best prices and then I have to deal with shipping delays and lengthy waits but with Amazon all my products are there I can find the best prices in one places and the shipping is super fast
I've been a longtime prime member. Recently I looked on prime to get pricing for a countertop ice maker. I found a gray model for $65 that had prime shipping (free) and opened the site. It had a very high rating (4.6) and the features I liked. As I looked, I realized that the same ice maker in white was $49.99, and offered a $10 coupon. Wow, what a deal! As I went to purchase it, however, I realized that the white ice maker (on the same site as the original gray ice maker) was NOT listed as prime, and had a shipping cost of $39.99, making it more expensive than any othe ice maker I had viewed. I almost didn't catch it, and am frustrated by Amazon's failure to even respond to my complaint. I find this tactic to be unethical, and a means to take advantage of a customer who is expecting prime shipping when they click on a site that claims to be a prime member. Amazon has lost my business.
I ordered a Prismacolor art set as a gift. I received it unboxed with multiple packing stickers on it. The looks of it are ruined, but I have to go ahead and give it like this. I noticed afterward that they have a setting which is set to use manufacturer boxing, but I could have changed it to be boxed. Don't make the manufacturer boxing the default sending state. People don't notice these things and definitely don't want this. The picture below shows torn box from trying to get stickers off. The whole gift is sticky from residue.
I open the plastic bag went to place the black 209 xl in my printer, removed the safety and covered my hand, into my HP printer and on the tile in office. I called Amazon where sorry there is nothing Amazon will. Can,t get ink off my hands, I have replace my printer and get on my hands and knees and hopefully can get the black ink off the tile.thinking of returning my chase prime card, checking out Walmart,Sam's club and ebay. Poor business Amazon, everyone beware something goes wrong there not professional enough cover damages from there products

I was always hesitant to use Amazon. But after a time I decided to try it. For several years I found it was worth it to shop for specific items on Amazon.
However, within the last year I have had nothing but issues. Their support is seriously lacking and so is the shipping process. I'm getting sick of ordering things expecting to get them and then the day after purchasing they are delayed and I have to wait for a refund to replace the order which winds up coming faster then the first order. I'm not sure what is going on at Amazon but this occurs for me on every other order I place.
So frustrating as I have had to cancel several orders and could not replace them as I was not staying in the location where they were be shipped.
The only reason I use Amazon over other shops is due to guaranteed express shipping. If I pay for this guarantee express shipping and you can no longer provide it, should I have no need to pay a membership?
Worst customer service ever - and I say this as someone who remembers the old days of the bell Telephone monopoly. Every phone call starts with a "conversation" with a recording that repeatedly asks to send a text message - apparently it can't understand the word, "No" - eventually leading to a customer service rep who usually has seriously limited English language skills.
I just spent an hour on 6 separate calls to Amazon to inquire about $6 purchase. If I had any sense at all I would have given up after the second call and just let Amazon keep the six bucks - but maybe that's what they're counting on...
Used to be good. But not at all now. All I get send is used and broken items. Why can't they just send new products if they say there new. I realy miss Amazon from a few years ago
I notified then within 24 hours that we didn't purchase Kindle Unlimited for $172. They said they had refunded our account. They were supposed to give us back $66+ in points and refund our Amazon account $106+. After 3 weeks of wasting hours calling them to say we hadn't gotten the refund, they finally refunded $106 but said that they couldn't give us back the $66+ of points!? Someone hacks into our account and Amazon penalizes us instead of doing the right thing. I don't understand their logic on this but they just earned a 1 star review.
I use Amazon often. I had a product delivered and it was damaged. When I ask for replacement it told me it would take 3 weeks to receive the product. I told them I must have it sooner but they couldn't do anything to expedite the product. I ask for a refund instead because I could order the product on another site days quicker. After a hour on the phone I got my refund. But it will take 7 days. What crap that is.
Expected delivery by 6.45 yesterday but hadn't turned up, tracking then changed stating I would receive by 10pm but I never did. Due to receive today but still hasn't been passed to a courier. I have cancelled numerous items I usually receive on Prime, shall completely cancel Prime if don't receive by early this evening.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
