TIME TO BOYCOTT AMAZON! They closed my account about two years ago because I didn't meet of amazon's terms Conditions of Use agreement. And you know what? I don't care! I don't want their crap it's sick and disgusting and it's just a disgrace of way they treat their customers just like me. And I'm gonna show that their not getting any of my money because I hope they go out of business if they keep closing people's accounts. I hope everybody boycotts Amazon. It's just a horrible company just like Walmart. Boycott them! You don't need anything from them.

Everything I buy with them arrives in perfect shape and on time. They address any issue and make sure we (the customers) are always satisfied.

Not only does this company; have excellent Customer Service, prices are competitive or less than other sites. You can always count of receiving your merchandise within the time frame given, and if not the Customer Service Agent will look into it for you and get back in a timely fashion with the answer. I must order from them at least 4-6 times and months and lean heavily on them to get me what I order. Great site, and company is run on honesty and integrity to keep their customers.

Amazon is definitely 1 of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Returns are very easy, and if I find a deal on another site I'll check the price on Amazon to see if I'm really getting a deal. That's how great they are.
I have used Amazon for many years for a wide variety of books and goods. It has always worked well for me and is easy to use. Often cheaper than local shops but not always so shop around and compare.
Everything I have purchased had been great. Prime is awesome. Will shop again on the site. If you use prime the product comes fast. Make sure you check shipping some are free but not all. Not everything can be sent to Canada that is the only down fall.
The only thing I don't like about amazon.com is you usually have to buy a certain amount to get free shipping. But when you do buy something you always get it earlier than they say they're going to send it and there is a 100% guarantee on everything.
Amazon works for me and Amazon Prime is the best. I compare the chinese vendors and amazon pricing, but the quick availability with amazon Prime is the best and is also very often the deciding factor.
Convenience is our downfall as a society. We would rather have convenience above all else no matter the consequences. Amazon has capitalized on this and with all their money are making purchasing even more convenient. This is putting small brick and mortar places out of business and they don't seem to care either. Amazon's business practices are akin to that of Wal-Mart and what they have done to small business. Amazon is the the final nail in the coffin.
Don't you wish all online businesses managed the same way? I've rarely had a problem with an order. If one should occur, they promptly resolve the issue. Being an Amazon Prime member is the best.
This site is so easy to use and lots of my crafting items are reasonably priced. If you don't receive any order all you need to do is contact them and get everything settled
Most products I buy from Amazon have great discounts and always quick shipping even without being a Prime member.
I love the ability to compare prices and absolutely love the selection and prices. As a prime member all the perks are a definite plus, the shipping is amazingly fast and I really enjoy the videos. Amazon is my favorite place on the web.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
