I appreciate that more business are getting competitive with the quick-shipping and multi-department offerings, but nothing beats Amazon. We very easily make up for the prime fees every year with the free one and two day shipping and streaming services. The one-day shipping has helped me in a pinch multiple times, and their customer service truly cannot be beat! And no, I am not an amazon employee - just a busy mom who doesn't have time to shop and appreciates a company that still makes customer service a priority :)

My family has used Amazon Canada to place numerous orders. Some of the products are sold through Amazon some are sold through other vendors. We try to make sure the products we order are done through Amazon because they always back the products. Anytime we haven't been satisfied with an order we have contacted Amazon and they have always fixed the problem right away without any hassle or wait. We have always been very happy with how fast we have received our order or received a refund for an order we weren't happy with. 99% of the time we have been very happy with our orders but knowing the refund or exchange process is so simple makes us always feel confident placing an order plus the prices are amazing!
I have been an avid prime member for some time now but I am so done. In the last two months they have apparently lost two if my shipments and are unaware they have until I call asking where my items are.
I pay for prime to have them hear on time... they were supposed to arrive 4 days ago and I gave it a few extra days and called and they said 4 out if the 5 times are just sitting on the shelf and one got lost, okay cool well why hasn't anyone told me that as I am sitting here waiting for them!? Also the customer service knows nothing, the supervisor said she had to leave a letter for the people who actually ship the things off a shelf, a letter are you kidding me your a billion dollar company and still only communicate by letter to them!?
I don't know why I wasn't informed, I just don't get it. They seriously have no communication, she said this does not happen often well like I said it's happened twice in just two months and I'm over it and them. I was so shocked that supervisor knew nothing. Needless to say we are supposedly getting our money back. Good, I'll take it elsewhere.
Anyone who tried amazon will be hooked. It's safe and fun and has so many unique items. Everything you can imagine and more. Customer service is hands down some of the best I've ever encountered. Amazon is an innovative leader in it's field. LOVE AMAZON!

I'm like other people in the world who shops everything in Amazon, every single purchase went smoothly until the last one, I ordered cat litter with my student prime membership, It does arrive one day later, but the time I assemble it, it's already broken, I sent complaint about it, complete with proof picture that it's broken. Apparently, they won't accept it just because I spend less than $50 or I used the free prime membership. So basically I couldn't warn another customer that the products are not good just because I didn't spend enough on that website? Enough said this is the last time I order something on Amazon.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
