Due to the ease of shopping on Amazon, I now hesitate to have to shop on other sites because then you have to make new accounts and enter all your info again. Amazon is so easy and they do try to stand behind your purchases, at least for 30 days. I do prefer to purchase expensive items at Costco, Kohls or Bed Bath & Beyond due to their long return policies, but for everything else Amazon is my go to shopping place.

The best part is the reviews - when Amazon is not paid to take the honest ones down (cough cough Hillary Clinton's books... cough cough...)

Became an Amazon Prime member by accident, but can't imagine not having it. The scope of what you can obtain is amazing and the quick delivery is wonderful. It is so easy to order quality goods that are not available in my local stores. Doing price comparison with local sources frequently reveals bargains.

Never experience a 'serious' problem with amazon, if you don't think much of Amazon, you never deal with the real evil companies out there on the net.

Prompt delivery and easy return and refund. I always purchase from Amazon. The goods are usually in good quality at delivery and even if there is a problem, it is easily addressed and refund/return is easy.

I am a regular amazon shopper, I always find what I need here and at a cheaper price and for some odd reason I get next day delivery or very fast delivery so no issues... Good Job
