I placed an order for a product I cannot find in stores near me. I needed them by the day they said it would be delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered I got a message from a driver saying my items was accidentally put on his route and he was returning it to the distribution center. He said they might send it back out. I didn't get it and still have not gotten it. You're messed up, Amazon
Called Amazon customer assistance to confirm account information and status and I have to push one to get English? What kind of crap is that? I live in the United States and have lived here 57 years. When I don't press one instead of getting an operator you hang up me and tell me MY repsonse was invalid? NO AMAZON, YOUR RESPONSE WAS INVALID.

In retrospect, we should have ordered a cat tree directly from Catit. The product arrived from Amazon and two screws were missing from the parts bag. Rather than simply send another parts bag, the only offered solution was to return the item.
In addition, two days after ordering the item, Amazon dropped the price by 20% ($30). I was told by a supervisor that they don't price match even against their own retailer. Again, the solutions offered was to return the item.
This reaffirms the notion that Amazon does not concern itself with its wastefulness. Much like the common understanding that many returned items end up in a landfill.
Just ordered a prescription from Amazon Pharmacy for $1.70 co-pay with insurance. Got notified that it was filled, paid for and on the way, and would arrive by 11 P.M.
Then after it didn't show show by 11 P.M., I was notified sometime in the middle of the night, my order was cancelled, and my money was refunded. No explanation.
When I called for an explanation, I was told they weren't sure why the cancellation, but they couldn't re-fill because they had used my last re-fill on the original order, and now it was going to cost me $18.00 for the same product, plus, I had to get a new prescription from my Doctor.
It's a good thing this wasn't a life and death order for a medication. After all this I would be dead.
The only reason to use Amazon Pharmacy, is for convenience, and this has been the most inconvenient experience possible.
Purchased a wig on Amazon 10/11/2023, look good when I opened the bag. 10/31/2023 took the wig out to wear to an event 10/31/2023 tried to style the wig and found BUGS in the layers underneath. Put the wig outside Had to call amazon 3 times spoke with at least 7 people in the span of 2hrs. I refuse to transport the bug infested wig in my car spoke with supervisor, ok ups will pickup, check confirmation email (item sent by mistake so no refund will be issued) $60.85) called back, ok ups pick and refund will be issued. Checked email again now they're charging me shipping for the bug infested wig, refund now ($52.65) call back again in order to get a full refund I would have to take the bug infested wig and drop it off at WHOLE FOODS. Have been a PRIME MEMBER since 2014 that ends as soon as I get my money back.

About 3 weeks ago i made a purchase for a few items and I had just enough money to cover it! And the order went through but 2 days later I got a email saying I didn't have enough for one of the items that I "already" ordered even though the order already went through! Ok so i it said hit cancel item since I didn't have enough even though i did! And the very next day same thing happened but with a different item!? I'm confused because I had a little more than enough money to cover my order wasn't even making sense! So I just hit cancel on that too! I tried calling customer service but completely zero help! It's like talking to a brick wall! No help or refund! Long story short the 2 items that I canceled because of so called insufficient funds was never refunded to me! It was about 40$ so I showed them the original order number email and prices but no refund! When i had proof even bank statements showing what they took! But all they kept saying is I canceled the items! When it was there fault for the cancellation! Bottom line they for some reason messed with my already scheduled order and took a little more than 40$ and are giving no refunds! Stay away from this corrupt company! Going to the BBB thanks for reading.
I placed an order which was deemed undeliverable for some odd reason. Amazon was supposed to refund my money. When they didn't do so in the time THEY said they would, I had a terrible time trying to contact them by phone. They make it near to impossible to contact a customer service agent. Finally, I did and to no satisfactory avail. They made me have to fill out an emailed form and when I did they tried to stall me again with some nonsense. They clearly did not want to refund my money in an easy manner. They wanted me to go through a lot of unnecessary procedures to get my refund. The system is not customer considerate or friendly. I suspect they hoped I'd give up and let them keep it. I was very disappointed with this service. I did finally get the refund after having to demand to speak to a supervisor. It was very stressful. I am totally off Amazon now and will not make any more purchases from them.
Amazon is one of if not the best site to shop on! It has everything you could ever want and think of and then has other things you would never think of and most of it is very affordable. I've had an Amazon account for as long as i can remember and dont plan on getting rid of it anytime soon, if that tells you anything! Go there and shop now!
I order on line for most of my products, instead of doing returns I've decided to rate my transactions backed up by a photo. I was originally just going to sent it back or have it replaced. I'm tired of getting products tossed into a bag with no care of how it's received. This is how a order arrived to me. The bag that it arrived In had no damage. After opening the bag the below photo is how it was received.

It appears that the support staff may be trained for specific tasks, and when faced with queries that fall outside these predefined categories, they struggle to provide the necessary assistance." I tried 5 representatives.
When received broken product, it is not so convience to connect real person customer service. You have to click and click a lot of page to connect them. Otherwise, it is easy to buy things.

Amazon consistently does not deliver goods when promised. My last three deliveries of products from Amazon were not delivered when promised. I still have yet to receive the third product even though it was promised three days ago. When you call Amazon, you just get excuses. What is the annual fee of $140 for? I thought it was too get packages delivered as promised.
My account got hacked and was scammed out of nearly 300$ and amazon wouldn't do anything about it. Customer service is nearly non existent feels like to talking to robots.

I like buying stuff on Amazon.us. The prices and variety of items to choose from is decent. Though some items listed as new were in fact pre-owned.
They have been helpful to me when it comes to refunds and replacement items.
BUT the thing is, they let sellers, users or the company itself censor honest, critical reviews, and that is BAD for customer safety!

Worst Amazon delivery for mobiles, I got hundreds of items delivered to my address, and only for mobiles I get a message "Delivery guy couldn't contact you" and my mobile gets retuned, its a big delivery guys scam for mobiles.
I'm probably lucky but I didn't have any problems with Amazon. All purchases were delivered on time and met the declared quality. The most important thing is to buy from trusted sellers with high ratings. And their return policy is killing all small resellers.
I used to love Amazon and was a loyal customer for years until recently. In the last several months the majority of my orders have been late and recently I have received and empty envelope with nothing in it and missing items. I'm disappointed in the turn Amazon has taken and I've cancelled my membership. I encourage others to do the same and maybe they will realize there is a significant issue and fix their shipping and customer service issues.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
