2032 Battery was dead on arrival - opened the package, tested it on on a charger, the voltage started at replace, then quickly fell to zero.
Lately things have been packaged in no shipping box at all, or packaged in padded envelopes where product is damaged or parts have fallen out. I received a cocoa machine that was cracked because it wasn't in a shipping box.A present of metal deer that was in a envelope type box that was open and hanging options had fallen out along the way.Ordered juice and wrong item was sent…Twice boxes were sent to wrong address.
I used to never doubt this company but now I do.
When I try to verify my account via my phone logging in, the code never gets to my phone and I'm taken to a customer service page with a question that doesn't have my answer in the drop-down menu. And eventually I'm right back where I started! Now I can't even log into my account VERY INFURIATING! THANKS!

Overall if you need something and can't find it, go to Amazon they have just about everything. Usually it is cheaper than anywhere else. But remember that you get what you pay for. It's extremely important to read the description and the reviews. But you also need to remember that just because one person has an issue, doesn't mean that it's a bad thing. Amazon has a really good refund policy so that you don't get taken by shady people. Yeah I have received junk but the overall quality has been awesome. Most products have a 2 day delivery time. Just make sure you check to see when the delivery date is. I think way too many people get hostile because they don't read the delivery date.
I am keeping this review short and sweet. I often have many bad experiences with retail companies and their poor customer services, but Amazon always comes out on top. Their excellence in customer care makes me favour shopping on their site over anywhere else.
The shipping times are super fast and even on a Sunday too. I have never had any issues with opened or stolen packages from the couriers. If items have been faulty, the incorrect size, or not to my taste, it is free to send back on a majority of items.
The products are packaged really well and I re-use all the boxes to store or ship things.
The staff hired to take calls are very charming, knowledgable and empathetic. I cannot fault the company or suggest any ways to improve.

I have been a loyal customer since Covid with Amazon Fresh. At the beginning, they had an issue with eggs being broken; however, they would refund the entire package. Many times the orders were complete and never missed an item. Today, out of 17 items, 7 were missing. I received a text message stating "all items are available". I have company and I was going to cook, There is no one to fix this problem. We can't contact, so that they can deliver the items in an hour or so. Ok. I got a refund, but I have to go to the grocery store. How convenient is that? And to get a message that all items were available? By the way, there was a bag of apples that I DID NOT order. Great. I gave a $7.00 tip, ordered over $100 to get free shipping, too. I do NOT recommend this anymore. WHEN THIS ORDER IS DELIVERED, the person delivering the items, should check them off at the drop off point. I will not re-order. There is no compensation for my frustration, time, and inconvenience. Giving a refund is easy for Amazon. Making tons of money. If you check my orders, Amazon Customer Service, you will see that I placed many, many, orders and I have not ever complained. Even if something was a substitute by mistake. I like the products, only if I could contact someone to fix the problem and to get my groceries. Did the delivery person leave in the car my mistake?

Out of 6 4k uhd blu rays I bought 5 where used and re shrink wrapped, and purchased directly from Amazon.i tried to leave a review about this on amazons website and they repeatedly got taken down!
They are literally re shrink wrapping returned movies and selling them as new! If I was a lawyer I'd start a class action lawsuit.
Once again my purchase got a delayed message. Then the next thing I know, I am getting notifications about being credited for returns that I didn't make. More than once my orders have been delivered back to Amazon, instead of to me. In fact when I looked up the tracking information, UPS NEVER GOT POSSESSION OF THE PACKAGE. If Amazon had anyone with an IQ larger than their shoe size, they could see by the tracking info and an unopened package, that I never received the package. They should at least contact me to see if I actually returned the items or if they were never delivered and should be resent. In this case, it looks like it never even left their facility. They just kept it for a week or however long, ran across it and just porcessed it as a return instead of shipping it. There is no email or way to contact Amazon. They make it basically impossible to contact them. Since they list my order as a return, even though it wasn't, I can't go through it to get to customer service. Their service just keeps getting worse. Now once again, I have to reorder items that I should already have.

I don't understand why I keep ordering from Amazon. They are late every time now. They were top of the game with the 2 day delivery. I didn't mind paying a little extra for it because I got it in 2 days. Well now you order something that says 2 days and it doesn't show up for three or four. I could have got on eBay and ordered the same thing $5 cheaper and they say it'll be here in 3 or 4 days instead of lying just to get you to buy it. This used to be a great company. They have just been going downhill.
I purchased a coat on Amazon.com which was shipped to me in its clear merchandise wrapper. They just slapped an address label on it. I posted in their review section that I was outraged. Due to all the package stealing and porch pirating, why would you advertise my purchase like that? I was very fortunate that I received it. This is their response... (They can't handle the truth!)

This is my favorite store for buying books, at least once a month I order a new book. Every time it is delivered quickly, even faster than the stated deadline. The books arrive in good condition

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
